Mink disc brushes are finding use as exceptionally versatile tools in countless industries. Whether you apply them for cleaning, for the deburring of injection mouldings or metal workpieces, for sealing or for polishing, your imagination – and that of our consultants – is the only limit. Wheel brushes can be used on angle grinders and on
stationary machines.
There are following different models:
Knot Wheel Brushes
Knot wheel brushes for grinders, angle grinders and stationary machines used in the preparation and reworking of bolt fillet and butt welds. They remove scale, rust, paint, slag, rubber residue and can be used for deburring.
Pipeline-Brushes
Lessmann-Pipeline brushes are specially developed for professional use on U-and V-welds in the pipeline industry.
Wheel Brushes with crimped Wire
Wheel brushes filled with crimped wire are used for the purpose of obtaining different surface finishing: the removal of rust, paint and dirt, for roughening, deburring, stripping or polishing.

Cup- and conical brushes are mostly used on angle grinders. They are one of the most common power brushes. There are following different models:
Knot Cup Brushes
Knot cup brushes are for heavy duty use: for the preparing
of metal surfaces before painting, the removal of slag, rust,
scale or concrete waste.
Cup Brushes with crimped Wire
Cup brushes with crimped wire are ideal for working on large surfaces. They can also be used for the removal of rust, paint, dirt or scale and for polishing. The cup brushes can be delivered with different filling materials according to your requirements.
Conical Brushes
The special shape of these brushes enables the user to work in hard to reach places. The knots are left hand twisted to increase stability.

Hand Brushes, Spark Plug Brushes and Fine Brushes

Hand Brushes are used everywhere, in the metal industry, construction work, in the workshop... They are found in every tool box. The complete range contains all types of filling materials, from coarse steel to the finest brass wire. The handles are made of beech wood with two hanging holes. All hand brushes have a bar code stamp. For special applications we recommend hand brushes with plastic body. For example the Brake Caliper Brushes ROKI or our hand brushes for the food industry.
Spark plug brushes and Fine brushes are the perfect tool for fine brush applications.

Deburring Brushes
Specially developed wheel brushes for deburring. These are suitable for all common deburring machines. Although they are heavier than other brushes because of their dense filling, we exclude any inbalance by evenly arranged filling material and the testing of every brush. Filled with high-quality wire, these brushes have a longer service life. All brushes are with double keyway. Please indicate the required bore.
Deburring End Brushes
These brushes are perfect for deburring tubes, profiles or even plane surfaces. Deburring end brushes are used in a set of 8, 16 or 24 single end brushes integrated in one deburring device. The metal bush fits all standard collets.

They are all-rounders in drilling machines, on angle grinders and in machining centres, performing such tasks as removing paint, scale and corrosion. Hand brushes with wooden cores are available in a variety of widths (multiple rows). Strip-type hand brushes have a slimmer working surface for precision work, specifically on the cavities in profiled surfaces. Hand brushes help in cleaning, derusting, paint removal and polishing processes.

End brushes are made with 1/4” shank. Effective for cleaning accurate brushing action in tight areas. Available in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Abrasive Nylon. Trim can be bridled or coated. Suggested applications include removing slag, scale, rust and paint, tool and die finishing and cleaning surface areas.

Steel Wire Hand Scratch Brushes are densely filled with an even trim to provide a uniform brushing face.
