Mink round brushes - Highly efficient tools with countless applications
Mink round brushes can be applied to solve problems in a wide range of areas, and our engineers have the ideas to exploit this potential. When it comes to flexibility, no industrial tool can match these brushes. We offer a huge selection of models: roller brushes (with stub shafts), round brushes (with hollow centre spindle, no shaft), the Mink HP-System (two half segments, without shaft) and the Mink Zick-Zack-System (modules, with or without shaft). Finally, there are Mink web spreader brush rolls for modern processing of plastic film, textiles and many other kinds of web.
Advantages:
• Suitable for goods of all kinds
• Versatile and economical
• Maximum cleaning power combined with optimum surface care
• Form and stiffness according to individual requirements
• Less need for cleaning agents thanks to the mechanical action of the bristles – economic and ecological benefits

Mink roller brushes (BW) - Individually configured roller brushes with shafts
Mink roller brushes differ from other Mink round brushes by virtue of their integrated shafts. Owing to the wide-ranging demands made on these brushes, especially in terms of shaft dimensions, there is no advantage in maintaining a stock range. Nevertheless, with our extensive experience in this area we are able to configure special brushes for you very quickly. On account of its extraordinary versatility the Mink Zick-Zack-System can frequently serve as the basis for a reliable solution.
Your advantage:
• Individual configurations for special purposes

Circular Discs
These brushes are especially used for cleaning, polishing or deburring. Their applications are best suited to the treatment of metal, for the cleaning of large surfaces, as used in the construction industry. The body is made of either plastic, wood or metal. The filling material may be chosen according to the task requirements. The density of the filling material can be varied by the diameter and the distance of and from the hole.

Lessmann-Pipeline brushes are specially developed for professional use on U-and V-welds in the pipeline industry.
Wheel Brushes with crimped Wire
Wheel brushes filled with crimped wire are used for the purpose of obtaining different surface finishing: the removal of rust, paint and dirt, for roughening, deburring, stripping or polishing.
|
|
Cup- and conical brushes are mostly used on angle grinders. They are one of the most common power brushes. There are following different models:
Knot Cup Brushes
Knot cup brushes are for heavy duty use: for the preparing
of metal surfaces before painting, the removal of slag, rust,
scale or concrete waste.
Cup Brushes with crimped Wire
Cup brushes with crimped wire are ideal for working on large surfaces. They can also be used for the removal of rust, paint, dirt or scale and for polishing. The cup brushes can be delivered with different filling materials according to your requirements.
Conical Brushes
The special shape of these brushes enables the user to work in hard to reach places. The knots are left hand twisted to increase stability.

Short description:
Our technical staff can design a brush that is matched to both your equipment mounting configuration(s) and your specific deburring applications. If you have a profile that s giving you headaches, we can design a built-to-profile brush using your wheel and a cross-section CAD drawing. A fitted brush requires less dressing-in and makes better contact for more efficient burr removal.

When circular brushes start to rotate, your production problems are solved. Whether you use them for derusting, cleaning, deburring or processing welded seams and removing hard scale and paint, they won't let you down.
When there is a need to precisely process slim workpieces or profiled surfaces, single-section brushes come into their own. They are slim, aggressive and tough. The feasibility of joining several of these brushes together makes them particularly versatile.
Pipeline brushes give outstanding service in the construction of oil, gas and water pipelines. They are used for cleaning up welded seams and were specially developed to deal with root-pass and fillet welds.

The modular principle underlying our one-way system of trapezoidal toothed roller brushes provides for fast, low cost changes of brushes. They can be installed and similarly removed by a simple hand operation. The teeth lock securely (and in a non-twist manner); as a result, a gap-free bristle surface is assured. Precise true running is guaranteed at all times. The DT system consists of brush segments which are mounted to the brush core with two locking collars. Due to the special modular principle on which they are based, worn individual segments on a roller brush can be replaced

Abrasive nylon disc brushing tools are ideal for deburring, polishing, finishing, cleaning metal surfaces and machined parts. Custom designed abrasive nylon disc brushes to meet the specific requirement for your application.
Disc Brushes Information
Abrasive nylon disc brushes are the latest products custom engineered and manufactured by Tanis Incorporated to meet our customer’s specific requirements. Disc brushes are made with metal back strip brush construction to achieve greater fill density. The increased density increases the aggressiveness and life of the product to maximize more parts per brush. With custom manufacturing, Tanis Incorporated abrasive nylon disc products are suited specifically for the application to reduce cycle times and eliminate secondary labor or machining operations.
Tanis Incorporated manufactures disc brushes in diameters ranging from 4” to 20”. Silicon carbide and aluminum oxide abrasive nylon filaments are available from 46 to 600 grit. The aggressive fill density, individual filament and desired trim length provide conformability to deburr, polish and finish complex parts. Disc brushes are designed to be power driven on CNC machinery and custom-designed machines used in automotive, extrusion, fine blanking, powdered metal, steel processing, woodworking, concrete and other industrial deburring applications. Smaller disc brushes can be used on hand tools for surface preparation.
