Discs - Regular
These discs are made of a non-woven, three-dimensional, open web that provides a uniform, consistent finish without undercutting or gouging the work piece. A wide variety of sizes and grades cover all cleaning, deburring and finishing needs.
High Strength
High strength discs are designed to do light deburring, oxide and light coating removal, stainless steel finishing and satin finishing of aluminum extrusions. This is a highly conformable, long-lasting disc.
Metal Blending
Specially designed for blending and finishing stainless steel. Mineral coarseness blends surface scratches on many metals, wood and synthetic surfaces. Highly flexible and may be ganged on a shaft to use as a conformable wheel.
Production Clean and Finish
This Scotch-Brite disc delivers higher cut, longer life and a better finish. Used on aluminum, stainless steel, plastics, wood and fiberglass for finishing, paint preparation, surface blending and scuffing. Can be used singly or ganged on a shaft.

ABI's Convolute Wheel provides smooth running, smudge-free finishing on all types of metals. This wheel is excellent for applications ranging from deburring hardened steel parts to blending out imperfections and finishing exotic metals. The quality of finish and productivity is second to none and has proven itself in countless applications. The wheel is manufactured by wrapping layers of non-woven material impregnated with abrasive grain around a precision core. It is then bonded and treated with an adhesive that forms a solid wheel. While this dense wheel is extremely durable and aggressive, its consistency of finish and ease of use makes it an outstanding value.

Diamond and cubic boron nitride (CBN) are considered to be the hardest known grinding materials and are therefore often referred to as "super-abrasives". For this reason they are suitable for machining materials which are difficult or even impossible to grind with conventional abrasives such as silicon carbide or corundum.
Diamond and CBN have the same crystal structure, with diamond consisting of pure carbon, whilst CBN is made up of the elements boron and nitrogen.
