Dressing wheels, blocks and sticks
CGW offers all types and dimensions of dressing wheels for diamonds and CBN wheels, by customer request.
All types of sticks and blocks are available for various applications such as cleaning and knife sharpening (single-layered and double-layered blocks).

The assortment includes specifications for steel and cast iron machining (especially for large surface grinding) for heavy workpieces, for grinding of welding seams) as well as for stone and first step grinding on artificial stone and terrazzo tiles, surface grinding on marble, slate stone and granite).
Furthermore the cup wheels are produced and checked according to European safety standards (CEN, EN 12413) and designed especially for rough working conditions. For clamping there are bore hole H=22,2 and M14 available.

The desired lead and profile modifications on the workpiece are reproduced on the diamond dressing master gear.
Extremely complicated gear geometries including topological profiles are realized on topological gear grinding machines.
TYROLIT diamond dressing master gears are using both positive and double reversed plating processes.

Get Maximum Performance from Diamond and CBN Wheels
Regular use of properly selected dressing sticks will help you achieve maximum performance from your diamond and CBN wheels. Selected sticks are used for truing and dressing conventional vitrified wheels. Available in Norbide, Vitrified Aluminum Oxide and Vitrified Silicon Carbide.

VSM sanding and grinding discs made from flexible abrasives are made in various diameters and with different backings, thus offering users a large range from which to select the best tool for their purposes. VSM fibre discs are the optimum answer for maximum cutting rates using angle grinders. To attach cloth and paper backed discs to the backing pad they have either self-adhesive or hook and loop fastening.
