The ultrasonic welding generator "ACU" is suited for the operation and control of ultrasonic welding machines of the "Dynamic Series". In addition to the three different welding modes (time-, travel- and energymode) and the optimized force profiling the ACU features an electronic amplitude control. The optionally available software "ACUcapture" enables the download of welding parameters and graphics directly from the generator to the user's computer. "ACUremote" allows to modify the parameters whereby a remote maintenance is possible.

The EUROSONIC "HSC" generator series sets new standards as far as efficiency and compactness are concerned. The size has been reduced by up to 70% in comparison with standard generators. The sophisticated functional concept with its computer-aided high speed control system enables these devices to adapt perfectly to all loads.
A whole variety of new functions is provided for special fields of applications owing to the digital signal processing of the multiprocessor controlled generators.

Dukane Patented Ultrasonic MPC Multi-Probe Control
The MPC unit is designed for assembly systems where one ultrasonic power supply is sequenced to several ultrasonic probes. Coupled with a Dukane ultrasonic generator our unique Control and Process monitoring profile is available for each individual probe.
Some of the patented features include:
* Fully protected from improper programming and power line irregularities
* Binary coded selection inputs prevents selection of 2 probe relays
* Logic interlocks prevent selection changes when ultrasound is on
* Ring-down monitor allows relay switching only when voltage is off
* Fault monitor detects a shorted relay coil driver and halts operation
* Hold-up time of internal supplies - designed to ride-out any line problem.

Since Sirius Electric has been founded, it has been characterised by the way of designing and manufacturing sonotrodes. The sonotrodes can be fit to most of the ultrasonic welders on the market. Each sonotrode is manufactured taking in account all the typical welding features. The materials used, aluminium, titanium or hardened steel, are chosen with respect to cost and application.

By using the high-frequency welding process, Thimonnier has developed a line of sealing presses to assemble PVC panels which are used in the manufacture of the following items:
swimming pool liners,
above-ground swimming pools,
swimming pool covers,
truck and train tarps,
industrial tarps,
inflatable structures,
taut structures,
shelters,
tents, canopies,
solar protection,
awnings...
The machines may be rail-mounted for performing large welds with programmable travel. Manual and semi-manual solutions are also available.
