The REO platypus is a versatile electronic autotransformer with variable output frequency designed for use in test labs and pre-compliance testing. The current and voltage output can be adjusted using either the panel mounted potentiometers or alternatively the embedded keypad can be used to define regulation limits for current, voltage or power, and these will override the values set using the manual potentiometers. The frequency is controlled using the keypad. As standard the unit has analog meters for current and voltage. The unit is protected using three line fuses and is short-circuit proof. The programming menu is able to used in English, German or French.

Living the high life on board a superyacht can require the generators to run twenty-four hours per day, something not always allowed in many harbours.
However, the Shoremaster enables you to moor in the place of your choice and to connect to any local shore power connection anywhere in the world. From Barbados to St.Tropez, from Stavanger to Florida. No matter what the voltage and frequency on offer. Your Shoremaster will automatically provide the appropriate power to your on board equipment.
Seven standard Shoremaster models are currently available, with capacity ranging from 25 kVA to 150 kVA in a three phase version. If you have a shortage of space, we can deliver tailormade designs such as a split box.
- Voltage and frequency conversion
- High efficiency
- Modular design for high capacity, high redundancy and easy installation
- No problems with limited shore supply
- Pure sine wave output
- Ultra compact and low weight
- 100% galvanic isolation from shore

Intelligence and high power density in a tiny space
maxon's compact drives feature controllers, sensors and motors in a modern aluminium casing, which, when combined with existing compatible maxon products, produce robust, space-saving and high power density drive solutions. The new MCD EPOS is a highly dynamic, maintenance-free positioning drive with a fieldbus connection and a maximum 60 watt output.
maxon's compact drives are ideal, in that they take up very little space yet provide excellent functionality. They are also extremely flexible and can be used, for example, in automation, robotics or even for laboratory applications. The MCD EPOS combines a brushless maxon EC motor, a digital encoder MR and a fully digital EPOS positioning controller. Cost-savings have been made thanks to the careful optimisation of components, creating an unrivalled and competitively priced drive that works out slightly cheaper than the price of the individual parts.

The Blancett Frequency-to-Current (F-to-I) and Frequency-to-Voltage (F-to-V) converters are microprocessor-based devices designed to provide an analog output directly from a Blancett turbine flow meter. The converters measure and calculate the flow rate of a turbine flow meter and produce an analog output representative of that flow rate, in the form of a 4-20 mA or 0-5 VDC signal.

The TSL237 light-to-frequency converter combines a silicon photodiode and a current-to-frequency converter on a single monolithic CMOS integrated circuit. The output is a square wave (50% duty cycle) with frequency directly proportional to light intensity. Because it is TTL compatible, the output allows direct interface to a microcontroller or other logic circuitry. The TSL237 has been temperature compensated for the ultraviolet-to-visible range of 320 nm to 700 nm and responds over the light range of 320 nm to 1050 nm. The device is characterized for operation over the temperature range of -25 degrees C to 70 degrees C and supplied in a 3-lead clear plastic side-looker package with an integral lens
* High-Resolution Conversion of Light Intensity to Frequency With No External Components
* Communicates Directly With a Microcontroller
* High Irradiance Responsivity (2.3 kHz/(uW/cm²) at 524 nm)
* Low Dark Frequency (<2 Hz at 50° C)
* Single-Supply Operation (2.7V to 5.5V)
* Stable 200 ppm/°C Temperature Coefficient
* RoHS Compliant (-LF Package Only)

AC induction hoist and traction motors offer higher efficiency and smaller size than DC sepex or series wound motors with the same output and thermal performance.
They are without commutator and brushes and require no maintenance. With this type of motor, acceleration and braking torque at higher speeds are not limited by the commutator, which results in shorter stopping distances without the use of a mechanical brake. They also offer longer battery life and more precise control.
Main features of Iskra AC Induction motors:
* High efficiency.
* High specific power.
* Small size.
* Low noise operation.
* Long life without maintenance.
* Precise control.
