DIGIDRIVE Series
DIGIDRIVE is an AC inverter drive used to supply asynchronous motors.
The drive can operate in closed loop flux vector control mode (SE & SK) or according to U/F control (SK).
With its calculation power, the drive separately controls the magnetising current and the active current of a standard asynchronous motor.
The rotor speed and position are calculated to control the motor torque and speed.
This operating mode is used, in closed loop, to obtain very high performance levels and is thus suitable for the majority of applications. |

UNIDRIVE SP Series : 0.75 to 132 kW
DIGISTART is a multi-function electronic system with a microcontroller and thyristors, designed for use with all 3-phase squirrel cage induction motors.
UNIDRIVE SP is, in standard form, an a.c. drive designed to supply either, asynchronous drives, with or without encoder or asynchronous (brushless) drives. Through parameter settings UNIDRIVE SP can be configured in different functioning modes as follows :
- Flux vector contol without feed back Due to its calculative power, the drive controls separately the magnetising current and the active current of a standard asynchronous drive. The speed and the rotor position are calculated in order to control the torque and the speed of the drive.
- Flux vector control with feed-back Using this mode on a standard asynchronous drive allows more precise management of torque and speed of the drive through a higher speed range (including zerol speed) with greater dynamic performance.
- Operation of an autosynchronous motor Using this mode with an autosynchronous motor (motor with permanent magnets on the rotor) and equipped with an incremental encoder, SSI, SinCos, EnDat or with a resolver allows very high dynamic performance e.g. for driving shafts. |

The space-saving bookshelf design with high protection classes, versatile control and programming capabilities offer an optimal solution for all operating environments. Installation, connection and commissioning procedures are extremely quick and convenient with instructions attached to the unit.
Thanks to an extremely effective design, everything is included as standard. The units can be installed on the wall without additional cabinets because of high protection classes. The RFI filters and brake choppers are always integrated. The standard units fit almost everywhere in both industrial and residential areas. The integrated AC choke is the most effective way to protect the drive against the overvoltage spikes and to reduce the stress on supply transformers, cables and fuses.

| The RM 220E regulator is an electronic speed variator for the MINI MOTOR single-phase asynchronous motor of the ACR / ACER / PAR / PAER / MCR / MCER series. Speed variation is obtained by varying the power supply voltage to the motor at the right moment. The retroaction control makes it possible to maintain a constant rotation speed of the motor in line with the variation of the load applied. Speed regulation is obtained by means of a potentiometer fitted on the front panel of the unit, and 4 incorporated trimmers are used for regulating: The acceleration and deceleration ramps, the response time and maximum speed, and master or slave selection. This speed regulator can be supplied in the RM 220E panel version with the possibility of inserting an ID speed indicator as an option. It is also available in the open version RM 220E/G for electrical board or cabinet fitting. The RM 220E regulator conforms to tests prescribed by product standard CEI EN 61800-3 dated 09/96 and has been designed to operate in industrial environments. It is not therefore suitable for use on low-voltage public networks supplying power to homes. |

The MININVERT 370 and 740 are static frequency converters with PWM microprocessor system, which make it possible to obtain high performance features such as speed control in retroaction and position control. These models have been designed to activate small three-phase motors with power between 10 and 370 W (½ HP) for the 370 model, and up to 740 W (1 HP) for the 740 model. They can be panel-mounted as well as with the normal attachment inside the cabinet using the
related supports. A particular feature is that of position control, which is handled entirely by the inverter and can be controlled in various ways (see the table of technical characteristics). The frequency converters comply with CEI EN 61800-3 electromagnetic compatibility standard. |

2 - 200 Horsepower General Purpose Vector Drive
The G5 Drive 600 Volt produces an output of adjustable voltage and frequency to control the speed of a squirrel cage induction motor. This PWM design provides low motor noise and high starting torque. Current overload rating is 150% for 60 seconds. The drive provides 3 modes of control and speed accuracy to suit application requirements; V/Hz (2%), sensorless vector (0.1%), or flux vector control (0.01% with motor-mounted encoder and drive-mounted PG-X2 card required).
