General Purpose
With a range of up to 300kW, the series represents a reliable drive concept that provides excellent starting torque and accurate speed control for use on any machine or production line. A wide choice of IP ratings, network communication options, application-specific drive software and a range of standard and optional I/Os makes them the most widely used in Europe.
Pumps & Fans
Dedicated Omron-Yaskawa inverter drive solution, designed for variable torque applications such as fans and centrifugal pumps. A unique feature of these drives is the energy-saving algorithm that allows extra savings. In the case of the G7 inverter, the new 3-level architecture eliminates or minimizes the installation problems associated with IGBT switching. This one is really effective for long cable pump installations.

These electrical machines are expressly designed and manufactured for military, aeronautics and other purposes where high performances and reliability are required. They are constructed in the singleblock 2 ball bearings version and on coaxial 4 ball bearings version with couplement joint and basement.
They are available in both version: synchronous and asynchronous with 1% slip or 2% slip.
On request the electric drive panel is supplied.

The L Series consist of a range of AC Power Source products with output power levels from 833 VA to 30 kVA. Using high frequency PWM technology, these units provide precision AC power in single, dual (split) or three phase configurations.
All L Series units use dual voltage ranges and programmable current limits to protect the unit under test. Standard voltage ranges of 135 and 270 Volt rms are typical but optional output range options offer voltage ranges up to 400 V rms. The complete solid state, high switching speed PWM architecture of the L Series ensures low noise and low distortion output over a wide range of power levels.

TRANSOMIK U2 Frequenzumrichter sind für den Anlauf, das Bremsen, die Drehzahlverstellung, das Regeln und Positionieren von Drehstrommotoren ausgelegt.
TRANSOMIK U2 Frequenzumrichter arbeiten nach dem Prinzip eines Umrichters mit fester Zwischenkreisspannung und eines Wechselrichters mit Pulsbreitenmodulation.
Die feste Zwischenkreisspannung wird mit einem 2Q-Drehstromgleichrichter erzeugt. Eine nachgeschaltete Drehstrom-Brückenschaltung aus IGBT-Transistoren, wandelt wiederum die Gleichspannung in ein Dreiphasensystem mit einstellbarer Frequenz und Spannung um.
Aufgrund dieser Konfiguration wird eine 4Q-Antriebsregelung möglich, ähnlich der Eigenschaft von Gleichstromantrieben, jedoch ohne deren Nachteile.
TRANSOMIK U2 ist deshalb auch für dynamische Anwendungen geeignet.
Beim Bremsen wird die Antriebsenergie ins Netz zurückgespeist. Ein Brems-Chopper wie bei normalen Umrichtern üblich, ist nicht mehr notwendig.
