UNIDRIVE SP Series : 0.75 to 132 kW
DIGISTART is a multi-function electronic system with a microcontroller and thyristors, designed for use with all 3-phase squirrel cage induction motors.
UNIDRIVE SP is, in standard form, an a.c. drive designed to supply either, asynchronous drives, with or without encoder or asynchronous (brushless) drives. Through parameter settings UNIDRIVE SP can be configured in different functioning modes as follows :
- Flux vector contol without feed back Due to its calculative power, the drive controls separately the magnetising current and the active current of a standard asynchronous drive. The speed and the rotor position are calculated in order to control the torque and the speed of the drive.
- Flux vector control with feed-back Using this mode on a standard asynchronous drive allows more precise management of torque and speed of the drive through a higher speed range (including zerol speed) with greater dynamic performance.
- Operation of an autosynchronous motor Using this mode with an autosynchronous motor (motor with permanent magnets on the rotor) and equipped with an incremental encoder, SSI, SinCos, EnDat or with a resolver allows very high dynamic performance e.g. for driving shafts. |

FC750 is a very simple, yet efficient Plug & Play frequency converter for the growing market in simple speed control of 3 phase asyncronous AC motors. The FC750 has been specifically developed for the continuously demanding market involving seamless speed control of especially Fans, pumps, ventilators and any simple AC motor application FC750 is an totally integrated and encapsulated frequency converter, with a very simple Interface,, and a very sophisticated set of fault control systems, that will ensure the motor to RUN, even in extreme conditions. The IP54 or higher cabinet will ensure that there will be no need for an extra Cabinet, as usually with FC΄s. The integrated EMC filter in the FC750 makes it an ideal solution for many applications, where Plug & Play is a first issue. No need for an external filter, no need for an exernal cabinet, no need for any "irritating" setup menus,, just plug it in, and you have a motor that spins as nice as with any other converter.
FC750 has as standard a 0-10 / 2-10V input control range with an auxilary START/STOP signal. Just a wire to the Gnd to make it spin. Also, there is an extra signal, that could make the motor turn in the opposite direction, just connect DIR to Gnd,, if it is needed. FC750 also has an "inbuild" motor protection, that will ensure that motors do not get overheated. The function can be adjusted in 9 steps from the Dipswitch. DIP=0 means NO protection. FC750 will stop the motor and activate the ALARM relay when current has been exeeded for ten times.
FC750 is not the controller for machinery etc, but is meant as a highly integrated power device for small AC motors. Fans, Pumps etc will benefit of this compact Controller. Also, applications requiring simple installation and a high grade of encapsulation will have to contact Motron for more info.

Variable speed transmission assembled on engine: TECHNOVAR.
the TECHNOVAR is a frequency converter which adapts on all the standardized standard engines. It is fixed on the top, side ventilator to be cooled. Simple to implement, it allows a variation speed to obtain a flow with constant pressure or a variable pressure with constant flow with a high degree of accuracy of adjustment. The parameter setting is easy and the visualization of the data is done locally on screen with liquid crystals. Very useful to optimize the operation of the centrifugal pumps with substantial energy saving on the installations of overpressure, treatment of water, heating, air-conditioning or of systems of filtration or opposite osmosis.

Delta Drive Micro from MOTRON is a miniature plug and play LOW COST frequency converter, intended for variable speed regulation of fans etc up o
370W max with a 2-10V input range and apr. 5-50Hz output range with linear
V/F control. 0V on control line will stop the motor. Delta Drive Micro is an extremely robust product in a Die Cast Aluminium Box which can be placed almost anywhere. It is simple to use, and yet very efficient in control. The electronics has been sealed with resin for maximum robustness and user connections are avaliable throgh terminals inside the cabinet.
Delta Drive Micro will connect to 230VAC powersupply, a standard 230V AC motor and a simple 2-10V isolated control signal will command the motor to run at specified speed. Typical 5kOhm input impedance !!
Delta Drive Micro has an input detector, which will STOP the motor, if the inputsignal is less than apr. 1V=, so no need for an extra start/stop signal, its all been taken care off.
Delta Drive Micro has a number of build in safety funtions, which all will stop the motor, and retry after apr. 30 seconds. Overtemperature, motor shorts, overvoltage, undervoltage, ground failures etc will be detected and stop the motor.
Delta Drive Micro comes in different versions. Mainly, a Wall Mount version with integrated bottom flanges for mounting. Also, a Flange Version is supplied for mounting directly in some kind of Air Convection systems. This type needs to be cooled by forced air , as in Chimneys etc.
Delta Drive Micro is designed with an integrated EMC filter to comply with International regulations. Isolation between control input and live supply is designed to withstand min 3kV, according to the LVD directive. CE Pending

DIGIDRIVE Series
DIGIDRIVE is an AC inverter drive used to supply asynchronous motors.
The drive can operate in closed loop flux vector control mode (SE & SK) or according to U/F control (SK).
With its calculation power, the drive separately controls the magnetising current and the active current of a standard asynchronous motor.
The rotor speed and position are calculated to control the motor torque and speed.
This operating mode is used, in closed loop, to obtain very high performance levels and is thus suitable for the majority of applications. |
