PIR motion detectors do not emit any radiation themselves, as indicated by their name of Passive Infrared Motion Detector. As soon as an object with a surface temperature different to its surroundings enters the detection area
of a PIR motion detector, lenses deflect its thermal radiation onto sensor elements and a switching operation is triggered. |

Our motion detectors' line of products offers a large selection of detectors:

| Whether used as an opening sensor or a presence detector at the primary and secondary closing edges of sliding doors – the EasyScan’s detection areas can be defined with great precision, thereby permitting any application. |

| The AIR 20 is an active infrared detector which operates accoring to the principle of triangulation. The intersection of the optical axes defines the maximum scanning range. Whenever the transmitted infrared signal is reflected by an object within this scanning range, the output switches. This means the receiver is able to detect whether the infrared light emitted by the transmitter is being reflected by a person/object within the scanning area or outside it (background). |

SpotScan has been proven as a really versatile all-rounder. In stationary operating mode it provides protection against entrapment at shearing edges of automatic revolving and swing doors. In the door ride-on type of application (mobile operating mode), it is installed as a collision prevention device. With sliding and curved sliding doors SpotScan monitors the main and secondary closing edges. Additionally it features a test input.
Thanks to its compact design and the extensive accessory range the SpotScan can be adapted to suit any type of installation. It is suitable for counting people in confined spaces and picks-up the presence of objects or people on escalators and in elevators. Amongst other areas it can also be installed in making occupancy checks of people in security locks. |

Specially designed for the protection of exterior facades, MINIRIS II is able to monitor several windows at the same time thanks to its long-range capability.
Its aluminum design and small footprint facilitate its integration on buildings.
False alarms due to small animals are avoided by adjusting the breach time.
These infrared barriers are specially designed for exterior protection of windows, terraces, balconies and other locations that are easily accessible. Nevertheless, it is quite possible to install this product indoors to protect, for example, valuable art works (museums), etc. For better integration, MINIRIS II units can be discreetly deployed because of their slim silhouette and the variety of colors that are offered. |

New cells D.I.S.: The innovation with the service of reliability
With Technology D.I.S. ((Dual interlaced scanning*) 100Hz (Double Sweeping 100Hz Interlaced), each cell integrates the double function transmitter and receiver. The beams infra-red created are multiplexed and synchronized optically at a frequency of 100Hz.
Thanks to this technology, all the columns are identical, the concepts of module emission and of module reception are exceeded.
TECHNOLOGY D.I.S. (*) 100HZ, It IS ALL INNOVATION SORHEA PUT AT the SERVICE OF RELIABILITY! * Patent deposited - N°06 02310
COLIRIS II profits at the same time from detection adjacent Bi-beams and the mono detection temporized on the low beam
Detection adjacent Bi-beams is carried out on 2 adjacent beams, avoiding the hole of nondetection of the traditional barriers.
Mono-detection temporized on the low beam which can be parameterized in order to detect possible intrusions while crawling (parameter setting advanced by computer).
These characteristics confer on the COLIRIS II a very high capacity of detection.
Information available on the 2 columns
The COLIRIS II, has exits contacts on each column.
This characteristic makes it possible to limit to the maximum the constraints of wiring. You choose according to your needs and constraints where to cable the contacts of alarm, at one or the other end of the infra-red barrier.
The possibilities of wiring and exits contact are multiple!
Channels sélectionnables
Channels sélectionnables make it possible to install to 4 adjacent barriers while prohibiting all risks of interferences between them. |

MAXIRIS 2000 is the highest performing product on the market, creating a veritable invisible and impassable wall. Indeed, it is possible to raise the barrier up to a height of 5 meters and to choose up to 16 beams (depending on the model).
Each column can be configured with respect to the location of the site and configured in order to carry out maintenance.
Networking MAXIRIS 2000 columns opens the way to tele-maintenance and video confirmation using the MAXIMAJ system.
SORHEA also offers the WINMAXI application, which allows real-time visualization of the status of each unit, including the cells and the level of the infrared signal. It also allows review of the event log. It is the indispensable tool for installation and maintenance of MAXIRIS 2000 barriers.
SORHEA's technology goes even further with network installations for MAXIRIS 2000 barriers thanks to the MAXIBUS hub. In particular, the hub allows simplification of the wiring but also simplifies maintenance for the entire network of MAXIRIS 2000 barriers. |

The MINIRIS II columns are hinge-mounted and can be adjusted from 0 to 90°. |

| This infrared barrier is ideal for all situations being protected against and immune to all envoirmental conditions; it is also equiped with thermostatically controlled heaters so that it can be used in extreem weather conditions. Sandor model, thanks to its unique system whereby each transmitter is "seen" by each receiver produces a intricate web giving a high security beam with an extremely high level of detection and efficiency. Specifically designed to reduce false alarms, the beam towers give diffentiated alarm responses; one broken beam will give a delayed alarm whereas two or more beams interrupted at the same time will give an immediate alarm. |
