VERSATILITY - CLIPLITE, installed in display panel, is used with PCB mounted LEDs. Lenses remain attached to the display or panel door while the LEDs are fixed to the PCB. The lenses are ideal for use together with the CONXRITE connector assembly.
BRIGHTNESS - CLIPLITE utilizes fresnel rings to increase apparent brightness and viewing angle up to 180 degrees with either diffused or nondiffused LEDs.
PROTECTION - CLIPLITE helps prevent IC failures caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD). Introduction of EDS through an exposed panel mounted LED is capable of damaging or destroying a semiconductor. A CLIPLITE mounted LED helps guard components from ESD up to 16 kV while affording the LED physical protection.
INSTALLATION - CLIPLITE is inserted through panel opening, retaining ring is pressed into place. PCB mounted LEDs slide into lenses when the panel cover is closed or the PCB card is inserted into the case.

Flip Mirror Holder KSH 90
The swing leaf bears a wobble plate with an adjustment range of ± 0.5° and an aperture of 2". Optics with a thickness > 12 mm (normally 2" mirrors) are fixed with a plastic screw.
Optical components (such as mirrors and beam splitting paltes) having a thickness of only 10 mm can be pressed aganst three stops with the enclosed two clamping shoes and thus fixed.
The swing angle is 45°, the repeatability < 100 µrad. The swing time of the motorized version is about 1 s.

Lens holders are designed to position miniature lenses over CCD/CMOS imagers with high degree of accuracy. Lens holder must keep the lens optic axis centered on the active area of the imager. It must also keep the lens axis perpendicular to the imager surface. Some lens holders also provide special features for holding IR cut-off filters and optical low-pass filters. Lens holders are precision-molded with special plastic materials.

The new industrial edger specifically designed for durable application, processing ophthalmic lens materials such as plastic, polycarbonate, CR 39 and High Index.
In one process cycle the machine roughs, finishes, pin bevels - new with lathing blades no swarf -, polishes, and measures (non-contact) as well as FLG - Fast Lathe grooving. The ES-3 has a non-contact measuring system for determination of the placement of bevel and pin bevel. The automatic loading system (optional) additionally increases the efficiency.

The G-System is the innovative machine design concept enabling to choose the version that meets your specific demands.
Because of its flexible kinematics the G-System machines can process spheres, aspheres, prisms and cylinders.
Two base models are available for different working ranges and applications. The GI processes lenses Ř 40 – 500 mm and prisms with a maximum eveloping circle of 310 mm. The GII processes lenses Ř 20 – 120 mm. Both versions can be equipped with 1 or 2 tool/workpiece spindles, automatic loading system and automatic tool changer. Process steps available are pre- and fine generating, edging, two-side complete processing. The processing methods are: aspherical processing with tool lip or tool cylinder, shapes and centering with tool lip or tool cylinder and single or bath prism production. |
