TD 32500 – multi purpose and robust instrument
TD 32500 is a digital flow and volume measurement instrument, which is fitted directly to a SIKA flow sensor, making up a perfect team for any application. Various turbine and gear wheel sensors are available as flow sensors.
The programmable measuring instrument is used for displaying of flow or summing up of total volume. The display can optionally be equipped with an additional measuring input for the resistance thermometer Pt 100, two fast-switching alarm outputs, a frequency divider
output or an analogue output.
TD 32500 consists of a robust stainless steel casing, which can be turned by 180°, thus providing an optimum readability of the display.
The display can be switched between flow, total flow (resettable), fix-volume (non-resettable), and optionally temperature. In addition, a bargraph 0...100% can be displayed for flow, volume, and temperature.

| The Model 1030F is a microprocessor based flow rate indicator/totalizer with a 4-20 mA output that is proportional to flow rate and RS-485 communications. Flow rate and total can be displayed simultaneously on the 16-character display. The Model 1030F has five control inputs, which when switched to ground, perform specific functions such as resetting the totalizer. Four open collector control outputs may be used to interface with remote devices such as relays, counters, and lights. |

Turbine Sentry - System Overview

A typical system comprises three parts:
Blade Sentry - Measurement Pyrometer
The non-contact thermometer is mounted through the gas turbine casing and measures the temperatures of individual rotor blades.
Rotor Sentry - Data Acquisition System
The DAS logs individual blade temperature readings taken by the measurement pyrometers, samples and processes the data for use by the data analysis software, Data Sentry.
Data Sentry - Data Analysis Software
This powerful pc-based software utility has all the tools and functions necessary to obtain a complete picture of how efficiently the gas turbine is running, as well as identifying potential problems at an early stage.

Control any size clutch or brake with optimum resolution with the PS-24 & PS-90 Power Supplies. These current regulated power supplies are used for the control of magnetic particle clutches and brakes in unwind, rewind, or intermediate tension control applications.
The PS-24 & PS-90 provide a small amount of reverse current circuitry as a standard feature to minimize the drag torque of a clutch / brake, allowing greater controllability in the lowest torque range. With selectable current ranges, these compact enclosures can be mounted inside the machine cabinet, allowing your operator to adjust torque through a remotely mounted potentiometer. Alternatively, the PS-24 & PS-90 can be controlled by a 0-10 VDC input from a PLC or other automatic control device. Both power supplies mount inside the Cygnus-E tension control as convenient package. |
