KOFLOC RK1812/1814
The KOFLOC Flow Meter with Photosensor MODEL RK1812 & RK1814 SERIES are equipped with a photosensor for detecting float positions at preset levels and thus triggering the alarm output. A light source is a red LED for easy aiming and the indicator lamp can verify its stable operation. These models are based on the KOFLOC RK1400 or the RK1200 SERIES High Precision Variable Area Flow Meter that employs a flow-tube manufactured with a proprietary glass molding technique. It is a premium variable area flow meter that counters the perception of rotameter as being only good for a rough estimate.

One of the areas which makes Idem's Guardian Line Rope Switch Line new and innovative is in the area of rope connectivity. Traditional ‘turnbuckle’ style rope professional fasteners and adjusters are prone to rope slippage and require frequent re-tensioning leading to production loss caused by machine down time.Idem has overcome this common problem by providing a ‘no nuts or bolts specifications’ rope connection system with a ‘Quick Link’ clasp at one end of the rope and a patented Tensioner /Gripping pliers at the other.
The Tensioner / Gripper is located at the switch (rather than elsewhere along the rope length) so that the switch tension window can be viewed.
Final setting and locking can be achieved in a matter of seconds without any need for frequent re-tensioning. |
