All compactors are ready to operate with the normal fully hydraulic fast-change systems available on the market.
The RAV 700-P is supplied as standard with the fully hydraulic fast change device requested by the customer. The RAV 1000-P standard version does not have a fast change system, but is connected directly to the excavator hydraulics instead. However, this version can also be retrofitted with various fast-change systems.

With WACKER attachment compactors, the process of compacting soil in ditches, canals, and dams becomes faster, easier, and more efficient. High compaction performance and depth ensure that progress is made quickly. An attachment compactor also lets you reassign personnel to other tasks because the excavatoroperator takes over compaction work. When taken together, these benefits mean one thing: higher productivity.

ICP manufacture a range of paper / sintered friction and steel intermediate plates. The product range covers most industrial and off highway applications and is produced to high quality standards. Excellent availability and delivery including low volumes for special applications.

This product group includes all plate type friction components for clutches and brakes which possess driving teeth or lugs on their outer or inner diameters. Both plate and counterplate must be considered together, in general one plate with friction material works together with a counterplate of steel or cast iron.
The plates are the important functional element in every clutch and brake, and have been developed in many different ways since the early days of clutches and brakes. Ortlinghaus has played an important role in the total development of friction clutches, one example of its contributions being the patented, well known, sprung steel plate, known world-wide under the trademark 'Sinus'. The use for the first time of sintered plates in clutches, was also an important development. In the course of this development every relevant technological step forward - whether in frictional material, mechanical or heat treatment process -has been applied directly to the manufacture of the plates. As a result Ortlinghaus plates today contain the results of nearly one hundred years of research and development and represent a highly specialised component.
Supported by the experience gained over this long period of time, Ortlinghaus is today, able to provide a very comprehensive range of clutch and brake plates in a multitude of different dimensions, friction combinations and surface patterns. The number of standard plates listed in our catalogue is large and most of these are available ex stock, satisfying most of our customer requirement from this well proven range. Our customers benefit from quick availability angood price arrived at from volume production. Should it not be possible to solve a particular design problem with these plates, as listed in our catalogue, we are always ready to manufacture plates to meet specific customer wishes. In this area too our experience is extensive, every requirement can be satisfied with the aid of the most modern manufacturing techniques forms of oil channels.

The K-program contains bored plates, those worked on and dimension is all-round with P-Normalien. They are combinable after the building block principle. Their area of application is in spraying pouring, pressing and printing casting tools.
Sub-groups of the K-program are the employment building block principle KR, the cheek tools K 2500 and K 2501 and the HASCO Wechselwerkzeug system K 3500.
|
|
The P-program consists of ungebohrten plates, which are generally worked on and are predominantly used for forms, tools and devices. P-Normalien are suitable ideally for the production of form plates with extensive machine cuttings as well as for employments, slidegate valves, cutting and tool construction elements.
Sub-groups of the P-program are the precision employments PR, the special plates P1100 with larger working on air passage and the precision flat steel bar P 5000.

In the food industry, in the organic and chemical industry, and for wastewater treatment.
Some advantages of the rising-film SIGMASTAR®.
Superior product distribution due to the thermo-siphon principle. As product boils and rises in the tube, fresh product automatically rises to refill the tube. This distribution technique operates independently of the feed rate, allows a high degree of flexibility and the possibility of turn down.
Very short residence time; the product is in the SIGMASTAR® for less than a second. This is due to the short flow distance and the high product film velocity. This feature guarantees a gentle treatment of the product.
Low pressure losses across the tubes, a benefit of the short tube length.
High vapour velocity in the rising film, which allows the processor to achieve high concentrations and viscosity.
Clearly defined product flow path. There is no chance of local over-concentration.
High heat transfer co-efficients are obtained even when the feed temperature is lower than the boiling temperature.
Compared to other evaporizer systems less expensive for high grade materials of construction.
Easy assembly and dismantling. A change in the size of the heat exchange surface by varying the number of heat exchange plates makes it possible to create more compact systems.

APV PLATE EVAPORATORS
During the plate evaporation process, liquid is pumped between thin plates with the heating medium on the mating surfaces. The product is then evaporated with the vapour generated forming a high velocity core. This expansion in volume causes a high-velocity, thin film on the heat exchange surface providing efficient heat transfer.
Plate evaporators should be considered for applications that have:
* Capacities up to 27,000 kg/h water removal
* A need for future expansion
* Limited head space
* A particle size smaller than 600 Micron
APV Product Range:
* Rising/falling film plate evaporators
The original plate type evaporator.
* Falling film plate evaporator
Combining all the advantages of the original Rising/Falling Film Plate Evaporator with the added benefits of even shorter product residence time and larger capacities.
* Paravap
The APV Paravap is specially designed to process high solids concentrates or those having non-Newtonian viscosity characteristics.
* Paraflash
For products which tend to crystallize during concentration or those that contain a high percentage of suspended solids.
APV Plate Evaporators Features/benefits:
* Improved product quality.
* Higher product concentration.
* Low liquid holdup.
* Easily cleaned.
* Flexible capacity.
* Low installation costs.

Refrigerated units are insulated units without mechanical refrigeration. Eutectic refrigeration allows the required temperature to be maintained 24 hours and more for chilled products as well as for frozen.
The eutectic plate releases a constant cooling capacity due to the latent melting heat from the eutectic mixture.
Placed in the top part of the container, the eutectic plate releases the cooling capacity previously accumulated in the cold room during the freezing process.
To ensure the maximum efficiency from eutectic plate, the eutectic liquid must be completly solidified.
The freezing temperature must be at least 5°C less than the melting temperature of the eutectic fluid.
Depending on the type of refrigeration unit used, the freezing time may be from 6 to 24 hours.
Seven eutectic solutions ensure maintenance of the requested temperature
For chilled or frozen products.

Tech-Etch can photoetch flow field bi-polar plates used in PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) Fuel Cells. Bi-polar plates, or separator plates, are conductive plates in a fuel cell stack that act as an anode for one cell and a cathode for adjacent cells. The plates contain flow channels for the fluid feeds and may contain conduits for heat transfer.
Tech-Etch can produce plates with interlacing front and back side channels to produce a corrugated effect for cooling purposes.
In addition, photoetching can be combined with machining to produce cross-over channels. Tolerances up to .0005 inches can be achieved in typical materials such as Titanium and Stainless Steel for these anode and cathode plates. These production processes are extremely desirable in the design and prototype stage of fuel cell development. Tech-Etch manufactures their fuel cell plates to customer specifications.
