KR2000 Series are network-compatible graphic recorders with high performance and high operating function employed high visibility 5.6"TFT color LCD display. High speed of sampling rate 100ms for 12 points and high accuracy of ±0.1% were realized, and measured data is stored into internal memory and maximum 2GB compact flash card. As it can be monitored by a web browser display on several computers on intranet or internet, FTP transfer of data file and E-mail notification are also available.
The recorder can be used for various applications such as data management, research, development, remote and wide range monitoring by utilizing internet environment. |

Operating principle
Electronic measured data recording systems measure the connected input signals and extrapolate the information required for individual applications. This information is then displayed on the screen of the device and is also stored internally or on an exchangeable data storage medium.
This process information can be stored, long term, by transmission to superior systems (e.g. PCs) and is therefore readily available at the touch of a button.
Depending on the process requirement and application the following can be used:
·Data-logger : simple devices with integrated digital display
·Paperless recorders : the electronic alternative to (hybrid) paper strip chart recorders
·Data Manager : powerful devices for stand alone applications and integration into systems
Common to all these devices is that they operate virtually free of wear and tear (no pens and paper) therefore saving time and money.
By using various forms of interfaces they can be integrated into state-of-the-art topologies for measured data recording and process automation. High resolution colour graphic displays make it possible for paperless recorders and data managers to be used for front end process sequences and therefore swift on site reaction.
Mathematical and logical combinations enable complitcated calculations as well as automatic analysis of the measured signal. |

Rod Lock Cylinders
* The Bimba Original Line Rod Lock Cylinder is a normally clamped unit that holds the piston rod in position when air pressure is not present. It is ideal for preventing drift at machine shut-down.
* The rod lock air cylinder has dowel pins that ride in the cam groove. When air pressure is present, piston actuates and dowel pins follow cam to open position, allowing piston rod to travel freely through clamp. In the absence of pressure, the spring actuates the piston and dowels follow to closed position, activating the rod clamp.
* The Rod Lock is not a safety device. It cannot be used for intermediate stopping; the cylinder is designed to prevent drift from a stationary position.
* Load weight must not exceed the stated holding force for the cylinder.
* Bore sizes are 3/4", 1-1/16", 1-1/2 ", and 2". |

To be able to achieve a maximum lifting movement with only a minimum insertion space available, lifting bags are the appropriate tools to use. With 12 models, Holmatro has a lifting bag for every job. Thanks to their unique low profile edges the lifting bags can easily be inserted under all circumstances.
The deflated height of our lifting bags is 22 or 25 mm. Using compressed air (maximum 8 bar), the largest model, the HLB 67, reaches a maximum inflation height of 520 mm. Another feature of the lifting bags is their ability to adjust to the lifting surface. The applied pressure is divided over a large surface compared to the use of hydraulic jacks. |

The automated lines for sheet metal and rod manipulation, respecting the differences according to the load type and size being handled, consist of the following:
-Decoilers: The decoiler represents the first stage in the process and its mission is to coil / uncoil the reel of sheet metal or other material used and supply it to the press, either directly or by means of a feeder, a feeder-levelling machine.
The decoilers are programmed so they coil or unwind by means of the time control loop (connection and disconnection) and with clockwise or counter-clockwise rotation.

The printed products from a web press could be delivered as forms or sheets, as folded in various sizes or could also be rewound into a new roll. This last-mentioned production form is often called continuous (non-stop) roll-to-roll production.
MEGTEC supplies automatic rewinders for the printing and converting industries. The product line is comprised of small machines with web widths in the range of 14 inches (350 mm) up to large rewinders made for widths well over 40 inches (1000 mm). | Safety Locks similar to Safety Catchers and Safety Brakes are used against failure of lifting members. But in contrast to those they are not suitable to decelerate masses or to dissipate kinetic energy. On the other hand, the rod displacement to build up the holding force is very small, so that this units can be used for a approximitive positioning tasks as well. Furthermore this design principle allows compact solutions even for small rod sizes (smaller than for Safety Catchers). In the field of pneumatic clamping devices the Safety Locks are providing the absolutely highest holding forces in relation to housing dimensions. |

At the very latest when, because of a power failure (intentional or not) or a malfunction something has to be done to safeguard man and machine, hydraulic clamp Ratio-Clamp® - the clamping device from Hänchen - is just what you need.
Boasting a retention force of up to 450 kN, the hydraulic clamp holds the piston rod in whatever position it is in at that particular moment. Without having to rustle up some extra power (no extra energy) and for an unlimited period of time. The clamping device Ratio-Clamp® is approved by the German Technical Inspection Agency (TÜV). Nor does the development of specific solutions (larger rod diameters, intermediate sizes, greater clamping forces…) pose a problem to the Hänchen specialists.

Active without pressure - incredible holding force
The pneumatic Clamping and Braking Element for piston rods RB.
The RB series is based on our proven wedge slide gear principle and is used for clamping and braking without pressure. This element was developed for deployment on round-shaft guides or piston rods with a surface hardness of min. HCR 54.
The compact design is suitable for shaft diameters of Ø10 to Ø60 and allows holding forces of up to 60,000 N at a pneumatic opening pressure of just 4 bar.
As a specific feature no reset is needed for restarting.
The RB series stands out for its short reaction times. Even in vertical deployment, short braking distance are achieved in less than 30 ms. Details on the length of the brake path to be expected can be obtained from our technical advisors. The computations are based on serial tests and our industrial experience.
