rEscan's technology is the answer to the early detection of cord breaks, corrosion and splice failure.
The rEscan system works through magnetic flux leakage; steel cords are magnetized within the belting then measured for the amount of magnetic flux leakage seen in the belt. The key to this system is twin conditioning heads, which aligns all the magnetic domains thus giving a clean strong signal. The system is comprised of a set of two 'conditioning transducers (permanent magnets), one'sense transducer 'and one Tachometer.
As the belt passes by the transducer a signal is sent directly to a rEscan computer system then all data is reviewed on the belt in the Left, Center and Right orientation. Once the data has been analyzed, the rEscan Technician can accurately tell you where the damage is in your belt down to the closest millimeter in precision. "

The Splice Monitoring System allows the remote measurement of splice elongation. The SMS monitors all types of splices in fabric conveyor belting by imbedding small targets into the belting at a set distance on either side of each vulcanised splice. No such targets are imbedded for mechanical clips.

FEATURES
The LMTX is a new system for the monitoring of hook load for telescopic cranes also when mechanical extensions are used. The system is composed by a transmission unit LIM-TX, which is hanged on crane hook, and by a receiver unit LIM-RX positioned in the control panel unit.
The LIM-TX is composed by a strain gauge pin for load detecting and by a micro controlled transmitter to send by radio the data weight to the receiver unit.
The new structure of the shackle hook group does not limit the lifting operations.
The unit LIM-RX has two functions: the show of the data weight through a four digits red display, the load limits control.
If used with mechanical extensions (up to four jibs) the LIM-RX allows, through a push button, to set the numbers of jibs and consequently to control the overload limits by a relay contact and a LED indication.
The device is included in SRD (Short Range Device) classification and uses a frequency band of 868.3 Mhz of free use (without any authorization).
The LIM-TX unit works with a battery rechargeable by the truck lighter and the LIM-RX unit works by a 12..24 voltage battery.
Free maintenance. No interference with the other on board radio devices.

In line high speed color monitoring system designed to monitor transluscent color applications. The ColorMax-View works at speeds of 2,000 parts per seconds and provides RGB color values in analog and digital forms.
|
|
System for continuous on-line color monitoring for coarse and fine grained products, powders, pastes and liquids.
The decisive advantages:
Contactless measurement
Excellent reproducibility of the measurement results
Printer and logger output as a standard feature
No interference from outside light sources
adjustable sensitivity and reference point
option of graphic display and recording as well as process control functions
Mode of operation:
The COLORCONTROL measuring head contains an opto-transmitter, a photo-detector and an evaluation electronic module. The product is moved under and past the measuring head and is illuminated by monochromatic laser light. The share of this light reflected by the product is detected and electronically evaluated. Uneven product surfaces are compensated by ave raging. Different surface gloss of the product is largely suppressed by optical measures. The measured value is indicated on a digital display and is also output as both an analogue and a digital value for further processing. The constant stream of measured values can be recorded with the aid of a continuousline recorder or a printer.

Continuous displacement measurement
Dynamic machine movement created by thermal growth, foundation settling, piping forces and overloading are the most common causes of machine displacement - which can in turn lead to decreased efficiency due to increased loading or even to machine breakdown.
With the PERMALIGN® it is possible to monitor and document both the relative and absolute machine movements from initial start-up to full operating conditions to determine and resolve machine issues.
