The leaks digital calibrator takes its origins by the needs to know the leak-off rate entity on volumetric terms [cc/min] or [cc/h].
Such requirement exists especially when tests are executed on air and gas sectors parts, on which the norms express the
leakage rates in [cc/min] or [cc/h].
The instrument is combined with a micrometrical cock (supplied in the equipment) in order to simulate the desired leak. ET11 allows the seal tests instrumentation parameters programming procedure.
This flow measure instrument utilizes a mass flow sensor and it is able to point out with precision and reliability the leakage
rates contained between 0,00 and 30,0 [cc/min].
This portable instrument, with compact dimensions and simple usage, is essential to verify the measure instruments and nozzles samples calibration and repeatability.
Compact dimensions:
ET11 is a portable instrument with extremely reduced dimensions: length 180[mm], width 80[mm], depth 35[mm] and weight 250[g].
Precision:
Measure resolution of 0,01[cc/min] till 6 [cc/min] and 0,1[cc/min] till 30[cc/min], measure uncertainty inferior to 1,5%.
Double scales:
2 measure scales: flow visualization in [cc/min] and [cc/h]

|
The leak / flow calibrator allows the checking of the calibration of leak and flow measurement instruments, as well as calibrated leaks and jets. This portable, compact and user friendly instrument is essential for checking the accuracy and repeatability of all leak and flow testers. You can now guarantee the quality of your products, whilst also complying with requirements such as ISO 9000
|
|
They could be used as pressure calibrator to check and certify the pressure measures of the leak tester equipment.
Also they could be used as leak simulator to check if testers are capable of identifying as "test FAILED" a cc/min determined leak on the objects to be tested.
With LTC the user can issue reports on the tester performances and certify them in conformity wit the ISO9001 standards.
LTC instruments helps the user in choosing in an easier way the better test parameters to be programmed on the testing machines.
The leak is set with a micro-needle valve: an other open/close valve make easy to insert or eliminate the leak without changing the setting.
The instruments supply with a rechargeable battery.

The SYNCROTRAK® flow prover was designed by Calibron Systems personnel, who were also responsible for the research, development and design of the first small volume prover, as well as the concept of double chronometry. This is currently used by all manufactures of small volume provers.
SYNCROTRAK® flow prover features include a simple mechanical operation, no hydraulics or pneumatics and equal upstream and downstream volumes. There is also no adjustment for changing line pressures which eliminates operator error thus assuring superior and consistent proving results.
The SYNCROTRAK® flow prover meets the most stringent accuracy requirements of custody transfer meter proving or laboratory flow meter calibrations. Because of its small size, the rugged and reliable SYNCROTRAK flow prover is ideal for both portable and stationary applications. The highest accuracy, low pressure drop and smooth operation make the SYNCROTRAK flow prover the number one choice for proving coriolis mass flow meters, turbine meters and all types of flow meters.

Sigmamotor Calibration Cylinders will enhance your feed systems by allowing verification of the flow rate of the feed pump.
* Eight sizes from 100ml to 20,000ml
* Capacities from 3.2 to 640 GPH
* Clear tube for easy GPH reading
* Sealed top or Quick-off top for cleaning (optional)
* Loose top (optional)
* CNC machined ends
* NSF-61 Approved materials
Calibration Cylinders are installed on the suction side of the metering pump and are isolated with two valves installed with the cylinder. The top of the cylinder is vented back to the supply tank or drain. The calibration cylinder is filled to the top mark then the valve from the tank is closed. Turning on the metering pump will draw down the liquid providing a simple means to verify the accuracy of the pump flow rate. USGPH (Gallons Per Hour) and ML are shown on the cylinder.
Sigmamotor Calibration Cylinders are critical to accurate determination of your system flow rate, either at start-up or following maintenance. Sigmamotor Calibration Cylinders are made from clear PVC with gray PVC ends. Max cylinder pressure is 15psi.

Designed to slip easily into the bed of a pick-up truck, Seraphin® Slip-On Volumetric Calibration Unit can speed the job of calibrating multiple fuel dispensing units, while at the same time, enhancing safety. The unit consists of three 5 gallon or 20 liter NIST compliant bottom drain provers individually plumbed to 80 gallon stainless steel transfer tanks. The 80 gallon configuration allows for up to 48 calibration tests before returning to the fuel station's storage tank for dumping.
|
|
|
The Seraphin® waterdraw system is comprised of bottom drain stainless steel provers and at least one top drain measure mounted on top of a stainless steel water reservoir. The provers drain via gravity into the reservoir. A 5 HP pump takes suction from the bottom of the reservoir tank and discharges to an inlet fitting of the customer's dynamic pipe prover, via a portable quick-connect hose. The discharge side of the customer's pipe prover connects to a stainless steel manifold which is plumbed to the top neck of each individual prover. Various combinations of Seraphin® provers can be used to calibrate different size pipe provers. A solenoid operated valve at the inlet of the waterdraw manifold is connected, through relays in the control panel, to the detector switches of the pipe prover. The system will shut down when the sphere reaches the second detector switch. The volume between detector switches will be captured in the Seraphin® measures.

A comprehensive range of six LANDCAL blackbody calibration sources provides high precision calibration of radiation thermometers within the temperature range -10 to 1600°C/15 to 2900°F, both on-site and under laboratory conditions.
The sources are divided into two main groups, classified as being either primary or reference standard. The primary and reference standard sources are further divided into Portable, Transportable or Bench mounted groups.
Primary Standard Sources
The calibration of a primary source is traceable directly to National Standards via a certified probe installed in the radiation cavity.
Reference Standard Sources
Traceability to National Standards can be achieved either by using optional certified radiation thermometers for calibration by the comparison method, or by purchasing a certified source.

Gas sensors are usually installed in hard to reach places: inside pits, over vats, high under roof and skylights. To eliminate the labor and risk to personnel perfoming routine calibration on these sensors, Rel-Tek developed its unique Magikal and Magikal-II automatic gas sensor calibration (AGSC) utilities. These powerful technologies have been proven over the years at installations from Massachusetts to California , from Michigan to Texas. Users appreciate freedom from the calibration nuisance, while saving a lot of money to boot.

What if you could maintain and manage your fixedpoint gas monitor fleet without leaving your desk?
The advantages would be significant. Manually calibrating every fixed monitor in a facility is a time consuming distraction from your core business. The units may be in hard-to-reach places creating additional safety hazards. These and other obstacles make it difficult to follow industry best practices for routine testing and calibration.
iTrans™ DS2 Docking Station™ is the first system to automate calibration, record-keeping and instrument
diagnostics for fixed-point gas monitors. Hands-off maintenance and a snapshot view of your entire gas
monitor fleet allow you to:
• Maintain your gas monitors more safely, efficiently and reliably
• Increase equipment reliability
• Eliminate safety concerns
• Save money on calibration and testing
• Focus more resources toward your core business
A graphical user interface tool allows an administrator to view operations on each Docking Station from a network computer. From here, you can initiate calibrations and instrument tests remotely, print reports, set events, and run diagnostics for any or all instruments at any location.
The DS2’s flexible architecture minimizes installation costs, whether you’re managing one instrument or an entire fleet of fixed-mounted or portable instruments.
