- Wire rope systems -
For light energy supply systems with 1 to 3 cables. For applications which do not allow the installation of C-rails. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
- C-rail systems -
As energy supply system from light to heavy design. C-rail systems are used for very different applications: crane manufacturing, hoist units, transport systems, conservation technology, special engineering, etc.. C-rails are available in zinc-coated and stainless steel version. Special versions are available for explosion-proof areas. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
- Square rail systems -
Energy supply systems on square rail (diamond track) are predominately used on circular and curved tracks or in very dusty environments. These systems guarantee a perfect function even on variable levels. Our square rails are galvanized or made of stainless steel (only program 270). Special versions are available for explosion-proof areas. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
- I-beam systems -
Festoon-systems for I-beams carry flat and round cables for the transfer of electrical energy and data. Hoses are also carried for the directing of fluids, air or gases. Wampfler festoon systems are employed worldwide in steel mills, ports, zinc coating shops and compost preparation facilities, to name a few applications.

for heavy loads up to 10 tonnes
for rollers containers as under DIN30722
The LIFTMOBIL K10 consists of a steering trolley with 8 rollers, which are mounted in 2 self-aligning cassettes, that compensate for any uneven surfaces.
Lifting movement is achieved two relay levers, which can be actuated by a hydraulic cylinder. The LIFTMOBIL is moved to its lowest position and slid underneath the front section of the container, the turntable is raised by way of the integrated hand pump and then the entire unit can be moved by means of a tractor. A tow bar with towing eye is included in the standard specification.
A connection for an electric pump is also available as an option.

Electric Motor Driven Trolley
- Capacities 1/4 to 3 Tons
- Adjustable to fit wide range of beam flange widths
- Forms and integral hoist and trolley combination
- NEMA-4 push button, cable with steel strain relief-standard
- Single and two-speed models
- Choose a wide range of options and accessories
Rigid Mount Trolleys
Capacities: 1/4 to 6 ton
These Rigid Mount Trolleys are designed especially for use with lug suspended hoists. The trolleys attach directly to lug brackets on hoists, thereby forming integral trolley-hoist combinations, offering close headroom dimensions-making the trolley-hoist ideal for hoisting applications where distance from floor to Ibeam is limited.
The trolleys are of all steel construction to provide maximum strength.Wheels have hardened treads, insuring long life, and operate on ball bearings for easy travel.
On hand geared models, the hand chain operated wheel turns a pinion which meshes with wheel gears for ease of operation and accurate spotting. The chain guide keeps the chain aligned with the wheel and helps prevent fouling. The wheel gears and drive pinion have machine cut teeth. Anti-tilt rollers are provided on hand geared trolleys, as well as the 1-ton push type for extended hand chain wheel hoist, to eliminate tilting of trolley on beam when operating with light load or without load.

STAHL CraneSystems's ST chain hoist programme is one of the most striking and wide-ranging on offer in the world. In use in thousands of applications for decades, modernised and optimised over and over again, the STAHL CraneSystems chain hoist is a classic. The ST series is available in 12 S.W.L. ranges from 125 kg to 5,000 kg.
It can be used as a stationary hoist with a suspension hook, with rigid mounting, with push or electric trolley, and is particularly suitable for rugged industrial applications.
The innovative and pioneering chain hoist design offers considerable economic advantages. The extremely short headroom available as an alternative to every type of chain hoist optimises the effective hook height and reduces wear on the chain. STAHL CraneSystems's ST chain hoist programme is also available in explosion-protected design for Zone 1 and Zone 2 and Zone 21 und Zone 22. STAHL CraneSystems was the first hoist manufacturer to implement the ATEX regulations in the whole chain hoist programme.
