The accumulation buffer combines two spirals for up and down movement, thereby effectively utilizing overhead space for accumulation storage while preserving valuable floor space. Most conveyable products can be handled, including bottles, cans, pails, bags, bundles, totes, containers and wrapped or unwrapped items.
The Ryson Accumulation Buffer can be used to provide buffering where products need time for cooling, drying or curing. Additional dynamic buffer storage capacity can be obtained by adding pairs of spirals.

Technical specifications
The AccuVeyor® AVY is one of the single-lane accumulators in the AccuVeyor® family of accumulators. Its principle is based on a serie of parallel belts following the spiral track. To increase accumulation capacity, the in-feed divert sequentially selects a different lane to fill. The discharge merge selects a lane to be emptied in a first-in first-out sequence.

Controlling of Zero-Pressure Systems
Rollex Drive-System makes the use of Zero-Pressure Systems easier. By simple combining of the single components with the Control-Board (Modular Principle) complex systems can be used very fast and cost effective.
The Zero-Pressure Switch has an integrated logic. It is able to communicate with other sections and so to regulate the flow of materials. The drive will only be switched on, if a load passes the Light Barrier of the Section, after leaving the Drive is automatically switched off.
The sectional switchs of the Electro Magnetic Clutch System Type 526E allows the additional mounting of a break. So the loads stop fast and smooth in case of stopping the section.
The Zero-Pressure Switch can be used without complicated controls and operates with all Rollex 24V Drive Systems perfectly.

The model 199-CREZD is a chain driven live roller conveyor designed to handle cartons or pallets in conditions not suitable for belt driven rollers. Items are accumulated with Zero Back Pressure reducing the possibility of collisions that may result in product damage.

The Hartness Mass Flow 7100 DYNAC provides a much needed alternative to traditional high pressure accumulation systems.
The system is similar in proportion to conventional accumulation tables, but offers the unique DYNAC sensitivity to changes in product flow. The DYNAC 7100 operation creates a pressure-free, first-in/first-out environment that always ensures superior product handling.

Conveying and friction accumulating via radial friction clutch between drive unit and slide bush (one-sided friction). The driving force of the roller is load-depending, it sets itself automatically. Friction roller series 3800 and fixed driven rollers series 3500 have the same dimensions. They can thus be combined easily with each other and also be retro-fitted with the other drive types (friction/fixed drive). Rollers series 3800 are based on the universal roller series 1700, e.g. roller housings of the roller series 1700 are to be found on the non-driven side. The drive elements are optionally available in plastic (Sprockets - Polyamid 6.6, Toothed pinion - POM) or steel. Sprockets made of plastic are non-abrasive, tough elastic and noise damping. Sprockets made of steel are precision turned with precise teeth. The maximum load capacity of the roller is directly dependent with the amount of accumulation during the whole operational time.
