AIR-OIL HEAT EXCHANGERS WITH ALTERNATING CURRENT ELECTRIC FANS - SERIE AP:
Today the use of air in hydraulic equipment is more and more common.
The benefits are: No water supply required Totally independent of plummed systems Reduced running costs in comparison with
the water-oil exchangers, even if initial investment is higher
Residual warm air can be used for heating
With air-oil heat exchangers the radiator unit is of
aluminium for minimum conduction. |

DIRECT CURRENT AIR-OIL HEAT EXCHANGERS:
This series of heat exchangers is particularly useful in cooling oleo-hydraulic plant on mobile machinery as it is fitted with direct current 12 or 24 V electric fans. The cooling element is in aluminium, a material of high thermal conductivity, which provides high thermal yield from relatively contained dimensions. The particular conformation of the radiant block is such that APL series heat exchangers are highly resistant to the stress produced by hammering which, however, at peak value, should not exceed the maximum dynamic pressure of 20 bar. The maximum permitted static pressure is 35 bar. |

WATER-OIL HEAT EXCHANGERS WITH TUBE BUNDLE:
They consist of small diameter smooth tubes; this allows the best compromise between high thermic yield and low pressure loss. For a good exchanger practices some oil rates are indicated in the tables. Going down to the lowest rate of flow, indicated in the tables, the low oil speed causes a great loss in yield, whereas a rate of flow which is superior to the maximum indicated, causes great pressure loss and does not considerably increase the thermal yield. The yield diagrams indicate the heat quantity each exchanger can disperse according to the difference between oil and water mean temperatures. |

Air/Oil standard heat exchangers
The range of air/oil heat exchangers has proved to be extremely reliable for a number of different hydraulic oil cooling requirements using the air generated by electric fans, hydraulic fans or, in the industrial sector, by single-phase and three-phase electric fans. The availability of models has now been further extended in order to satisfy all requirements.

| Lytron's ES Series aluminum oil coolers are engineered for high performance with poor heat transfer fluids such as oils and EGW. The extended surface flat tube design provides 2.5 times better performatnce than competitive units. The unique flat tube and header designs result in lower pressure drop so smaller, less expensive pumps can be used. Welded headers are pressure tested to 150 psi (10.3) bars and the fluxless, vacuum-brazed core provides strength and reliability. The Aluminum Oil Coolers are available with or without a fan plate, and with finish options of aluminum or black paint. |

| The heat exchangers PICKER are manufactured with following building materials, according to families of exchangers. This list is not exhaustive, to refer in the overall plans of the apparatuses to know the possible material combinations for a given family of exchangers. The choice of such or such material is mainly dictated by nature, the temperature and the conditions of circulation of the fluids in the exchangers. |

By integrated heating surfaces into fluidised-bed dryers, we have succeeded in improving the efficient exchange of heat and mass in fluidised beds, which was already very high, even further. This makes it possible to dry or cool crystalline or granulated solids in a deeper fluidised bed carefully, quickly and very economically, with considerably reduced energy consumption.
Maximum heat transfer and vaporization performance in the smallest possible space results in optimum process parameters and the amount of air required is simultaneously reduced. |

The mixer/heat-exchanger CSE-XR was developed and patented by Fluitec AG. It is the most important invention in the static mixing technology of the last 20 years.
The CSE-XR is mainly used for temperature conditioning of highly viscous liquids at laminar flow. A strongly defined and well controlled homogeneity is guaranteed in any situation as well, as a very narrow residence time distribution. The reason for this excellent performance is its geometry, which is consequently based on the geometry of the most efficient static mixer type, the CES-X.
The very high radial mixing efficiency constantly ensures an intensive flow against the internal heat transferring tubes, thus allowing a
the compact design of this device.
Multitube heat exchangers are often not dedicated for scale-ups. Problems occur mainly in cooling processes at laminar flow conditions, when the product can "freeze" in particular tubes, due to its increased viscosity at lower temperatures. Uncontrolled residence time distribution and maldistribution are thereby leading to a bad process control.
Monotube heat exchangers (tubes with a double shell) can be built much smaller, if using static mixers. The mixing elements are improving the surface renewal rate significantly.

BOILERS WITH SERPENTINE HEAT EXCHANGERS
Boilers get heating energy from solar collector or central heating system and produce potable hot water. Fluid in the serpentines provides heat transfer water to water via transferring its heat energy to water in inner tank. Thus potable hot water will be produced.
Cylinder type hot water tank and serpentines in the tanks is coated with immersing to hot galvanize. Thus anode rod is not needed and you save your time and cost for changing anode rod. Due to special coating material heat transfer is faster and heating efficient is high.
You can observe water temperature with thermometer. You can set desired temperature with adjustable thermostats mounted to sensor holes. When water temperature has achieved desired temperature, thermostat will send a signal then circulation and recirculation pumps will be out off service. Thus it will prevent waste operation.
DCSB and DTSB series boilers are available for additional heating elements. Thus, especially in summer periods you can provide hot water with electrical supply without using central heating system. If you use DCSB-X and DTSB_X Series model with electrical command panel ask for temperature pressure valve which provides discharging excess water/steam pressure and temperature. |

DTSYB Boilers With Thermal Heat Exchangers
DTSYB and DTSYB-X Series is a single serpentine boiler that prepares hot water by the circulation of Thermal Red Hot Oil or Steam through its serpentine. The serpentine material in this Series is selected accordingly to the fluid, since the fluid to be circulated is oil based or steam. In X series it has an electrical command panel too. It produces hot water by the circulation of Thermal Red Hot Oil/ Steam or by the use of electric energy.

Orobica Plast-Gom is highly experienced in elastomer technology and specialized in the production of gaskets for plate heat exchangers. Its technical division works alongside customers and designs different types of gaskets to satisfy the market, based on a simple drawing or an existing sample. All the departments are equipped with technological machinery and highly qualified staff, who first make the moulds and then the gaskets, which are vulcanized by compression or injection technology. The company is capable of making gaskets of any material, shape or size and for any type of heat exchanger. The gaskets are mounted using glue or clips. Orobica Plast-Gom also collaborates with world-renowned research labs to improve existing mixtures as well as study and test new specific elastomers. This means that it can guarantee more efficient, durable and reliable gaskets even when used in heavy-duty industrial applications, therefore cutting maintenance time and running costs.
