RACO's positioning actuator is equipped with RACO's intelligent positioning motor, a three phase asynchronous motor with servo characteristics.The frequency converter, the position sensors and the position control is built into RACO's positioning motor.

The VecTac VT™ ball screw linear actuator series was developed to provide a high quality, rugged and durable linear actuator for lower force applications. Using a rugged aluminum alloy cylinder and chrome plated heavy wall steel piston, this fluid power replacement linear actuator insures rigid alignment of critical bearing supports.
The VecTac VT™ fluid power replacement linear actuator was designed to accept virtually any manufacturers' motor, has a thrust range of 400 to 2,000 lbs. and a linear velocity capability of up to 40 inches per second.
Its relative small size as well as the ease of adapting to any of the standard unit mounting styles makes the series of VT electric linear actuators a good fit in most linear motion industrial applications. Hall effect and Reed type limit switches are available. |

| These electric linear actuators, based on standard NEMA stepper motors, offer finer resolution, higher thrust, higher speed, and longer lifetime compared to our T-LA series of linear actuators. Each electric linear actuator includes 30cm of cable wired to a mini-din 8 connector for use with our T-CD series stepper motor controller (shown above driving an NA11B-30 actuator) which must be purchased separately. Linear actuators have a built in magnetic home sensor. In addition to the listed linear actuators, we have larger NEMA size 17 and 23 actuators available in the same ranges of travel. The ELIMINATOR HDL™ replaces hydraulic and pneumatic linear actuators with an electromechanical linear actuator with an Optional Load Cell. This combines force measurement with heavy duty and precise linear motion. It provides a clean, simple, rugged, and economical capability to directly and continuously monitor axial force while simultaneously applying that force.
This ball screw actuator can measure force in both tensile and compressive modes. The heavy wall steel construction and high dynamic capacity components ensure longevity and durability for production processes. Bearing press, component insertion, and product testing, are typical applications where this would be useful. As an integral package, the ELIMINATOR HD™ with load cell is less expensive and much easier to align than traditional ball screw component systems. Joyce linear actuators are offered in two distinct versions Motorized and Integrated.
All Joyce Motorized and Integrated Linear Actuators are designed for long service life and have been tested at full capacity for thousands of cycles to ensure trouble free operation. The lifting mechanisms consist of either a high tensile aluminum-bronze lifting nut or heat-treated ball nut connected to a heavy wall stainless steel lifting tube.
