| Zaber's T-LA and T-HLA series products are computer controlled linear actuators with 0.1 um resolution and up to 60 mm travel. They are stand alone units requiring only a standard 15V power supply. Multiple units can be daisy-chained to the RS-232 port of any computer. They can also be daisy-chained with any other T-Series products. Convenient 6-pin mini din cables on the unit allow for direct interconnection between units in close proximity. For longer distances, standard cable extension can be used. Even the power is daisy-chainned, reducing the cabling necessary for large systems. |

PHD Multi-Motion Actuators (Series 1000-8000) provide both linear and rotary motion from the same output shaft, but these larger units have linear thrust up to 10,603 lb [46,223 N] and rotational torques to 4,100 in-lb [463 Nm].

Parallel Pre-stressed Actuator (PPA)
The parallel pre-stressed actuator is a preloaded stack of low voltage piezoelectric ceramics (MLA). The preload (or pres-stress) is obtained from an external spring frame made of stainless steel which protects the MLA against tensile force and provide mechanical interfaces for the user allowing for easier integration. This prestressing frame applies an optimal preloading force to the MLA which ensures a longer lifetime and better performance with dynamic applications than traditional preloaded actuators.
Designed by the CEDRAT Group, this new direct piezo Actuator results contracts carried out for CNES, the French Space Agency. The PPA model is lighter than the compacting Direct Piezo Actuator, which has the same electromechanical properties. Its compact size also makes integration easier in mechanical assembly.
3 series (M, L, XL) of PPAs are available in order to meet the fidderent needs in terms of stroke, force and dimensions. |

The MT PRECISION is a machine tool grade ball screw linear actuator developed to provide a precise, strong, and durable linear motion solution for high accuracy positioning applications.
MT PRECISION is more efficient, easier to align, and provides superior control of position and velocity compared to less expensive, hydraulic or pneumatic solutions.
As an integral package, the MT PRECISION linear positioner actuator is less expensive and much easier to align than traditional ball screw component systems. As a sealed assembly, the MT PRECISION hydraulic replacement is far less susceptible to contamination and much easier to maintain than accordion style or sheet metal covers. |

Rexroth diversifies its range in the complete systems ready to go up with the VKK.
These very competitive modules in advance are essential by their design, their features and their competitiveness. The principal body contains a table comprising two guides with balls inside which a sleeve circulates. This one receives the screw unit ball and nut. The screw is fixed in translation, the nut interdependent of the sleeve ensures the displacement of this one. The bodies of guidance and transmission are relubrifiables. The advantages of these modules in advance are important: Ball guide and nuts of ball screw without play guarantee maximum performances in the precision of displacement and in the repeatability, the sleeve is equipped in end with a support which can receive a grip of gripping or a unit of rotation tires, presence of grooves out of t-piece, tapped holes, holes of pins and recessings of positioning camoLINE, ensuring the precise assembly on other axes of the range, and as in all the systems Rexroth, a complete range of accessories: driving lanterns and couplings, return angle with notched belt pulley, detectors inductive, parts of fastening, driving AC MSM or step by step three-phase VRDM. | Mtr3L is a linear reversing synchronous motor of the permanent magnet type with two stator windings, for single phase AC 50/60 Hz. Phase displacement of the excitation current is achieved by connecting a capacitor in series with one of the stator windings. Axial movement is determined by the resulting circular rotating field. Electrical reversal of the axial movement is effected by means of a single-pole changeover switch. The 12pole rotor causes to & fro when motor is energised. |

| AGI has a full line of linear actuators, base slides, Magnetically coupled slides, thrusters and pneumatic actuators that provide smooth linear motion due to the precision ball bearings riding on hardened ground shafts. The aluminum body and end blocks contain tapped holes and dowel pin holes for precision mounting or fixturing. The AGSL slide series have a magnetically coupled rodless air cylinder that drives the saddle. AGS series have a built in air cylinder that reduces the overall length or footprint. AGT series thruster slide series are powered by an external air cylinder and have an exclusive dual end plates system to keep the shafts from vibrating. Bore sizes are .75 inch, 1.00 inch, 1.25 inch, and 1.50 inch with strokes from 4 inch to 132 inches long. Polycarbonate composite bearings are also available. |
