The products in the ThreeBond 3300 series are conductive adhesives, each made up of a synthetic resin and a conductive filler containing metal such as silver, nickel, or carbon. They offer strong bonding to plastic, rubber, or ceramic, and can easily be used on assemblies that require soldering. They are widely used in producing printed circuits, bonding wire leads to electrodes, and bonding semiconductor elements and EMI parts. The series also includes anisotropically conductive adhesives that offer strong jointing of high-density multiterminal circuits such as LCDs, to meet requirements for smaller, denser, higher-precision electronic parts. The series includes liquids and tapes.

|
|
Each of the products in ThreeBond's 3100 series is a one-part, nonsolvent adhesive, cation- and ultraviolet-curing. These products, developed by the application of our research and our proprietary technologies and know-how, are advanced industrial materials for use in sealing, bonding, and coating. They are recognized as cost-effective products in various uses, such as the electrical and electronics industries, automobiles, optics, and OA devices.

Aerospace – Sealants and Coatings
The Sealants and Coatings Business Unit designs and manufactures a large range of sealants, adhesives and coatings for the aeronautic industry.
Maintaining the pressurization, preventing fluids from passing through, bonding together assemblies of different materials, protecting surfaces, ensuring electrical continuity, these are the fields in which sealants, adhesives, coatings and encapsulants play an essential role in the assembling of all the European civil and military aircraft for decades now.
Protecting against corrosion, resisting fuels, abrasion, extreme temperatures, our products based on polysulphide, Permapol, polyurethane, fluorocarbon or silicon, marketed under license from PRC de Soto (PPG), the world leader in the field, have stood the test of time. They are universally renowned because they have been and are still used in all the large programs of the aircraft builders: EADS Airbus, Dassault, ATR, SAAB, Casa, Boeing, Embraer.
A new generation of products has been launched, with even higher performances, low densities and for multiple uses (airframes and tanks) that will be the future standards.

Solution Acrylic Pressure Sensitive Adhesives :
Solution acrylic pressure sensitive adhesives deliver high performance for the demands of tapes, graphics and film label products. Solution acrylic PSA's are designed using polymer chemistry, including cross-linking, for specific applications, to give the right combination of properties and performance in demanding environments.
The chemistry of solution acrylics can be designed to give application properties for tapes, such as durability and adhesion in high or low temperature environments, adhesion to low energy surfaces for various types of plastics and other materials, resistance to chemicals or ultraviolet energy. For graphics applications, solution acrylics are designed for high optical clarity, plasticizer resistance on a variety of vinyl and other face stocks, and durability in high humidity environments.
Structural Acrylic Adhesives
Bondmaster's structural acrylic adhesives have been formulated to meet a full range of structural bonding applications. Multiple viscosities are available for small and large gap filling, up to 0.75 millimeters. The cure speeds and open times of Bondmaster structural acrylic adhesives can also be adapted to your specific production scenario. Bondmaster's engineering and product development specialists will translate our product benefits into production benefits for your application

National Adhesives offers a full range of solutions for Lampbonding:
Reactive hot melts
Two-part polyurethanes
Hot applied sealants
Epoxies
Hot melts
UV curables
Plastisols

|
General Overview :
Hot melt adhesives, at room temperature, are one hundred percent solid, solvent-free thermoplastic adhesives products. When the adhesive is heated to 100º-175ºC (200º-350ºF), depending on adhesive chemistry, it becomes a liquid that is capable of quickly bonding paper, wood, plastics and metals.

Plexus Adhesives are used in a wide range of general assembly applications. They:
Bond plastics, composites, metals and dissimilar substrates
Produce bonds so strong that they can be used in place of mechanical fasteners
Require little or no surface preparation or primers
Reduce the need for chlorinated solvents
Are easily dispensed using hand-held dispensers or meter-mix equipment
Are mixed as dispensed, eliminating premixing and pot life considerations
Cure rapidly at room temperature without heating UV
Offer excellent flexibility and resistance to impact, fuel, and chemicals

OEM specified. Designed for locking and sealing high pressure hydraulic and pneumatic systems, Pneumatic/Hydraulic Sealant contains no fillers or particles which could contaminate system fluids, foul valves, or clog fine filters and screens. Reliably cures on “as received” fasteners and controlled locking strength affords easy disassembly. Accepted by USDA.

The products in the ThreeBond 1300 Series are anaerobic, extra-strength sealants developed by application of our proprietary technologies. Unlike ordinary sealants and adhesives, these do not cure when exposed to air. Rather, when they penetrate into narrow gaps in metal structures they cure in the absence of air, at room temperature, without contracting. They offer excellent resistance to vibration, heat, and chemical action. They bond the joints or threads of mechanical parts and devices chemically, preventing them from loosening and leaking. Each of them is one-part and non-solvent, and therefore has good workability and is easy to use.

In the MEC process, a microencapsulated, highly reactive sealing and locking agent is applied to the threads of screws, bolts, or pipes. The agent does not react until the part is tightened; then the microcapsules break, and the sealing and locking agent instantly polymerizes to prevent loosening or leaking. After MEC processing, no locking agent or sealant needs to be applied to threads; the sealing and locking properties are activated in the assembly.
