The glues hotmelts polyolefin reticulated joint, SikaMelt®-9181 and 9180 combine the performance of hotmelts PUR and a direct accession to the media to low surface tension.
SikaMelt®-9180 and 9181, hotmelts reticulated polyolefin, develop a good grip on materials oléfiniques non polar, such as the polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE), and without any preparation of specific surface.
SikaMelt®-9180 and 9181 reticulated in contact with humidity contained in the air and present after hardening resistance high and an excellent resistance in aging and temperature. They are also more flexible than the traditional hotmelts polyolefin.

This formulation was specially designed for a faster, long-lasting bond. It is easily applied and works on nonporous materials including metal, plastics, rubber, vinyl, paper, wood, textiles, and cork gaskets. Permanent transparent bond fills gaps to .004".

Recently developed by Sika from the chemistry of acrylic, technology ADP (Double Acrylic Performance) allows you to formulate glues structural flexible who polymerize very quickly while retaining a time open long enough. The polymerization is done by mixing of 2 ingredients.
Our acrylic modified, SikaFast® are products thixotropes. They are applied in cords to the help of pistols or material of specific pumping. The thicknesses types of joints range from 1 to 3 mm. These products are applied and polymérisent at room temperature. The reaction of polymerization is exothermique.

CHO-BOND® Adhesives
CHO-BOND® adhesives are electrically conductive epoxy and silicone resins that cure at room temperature, elevated temperature or in humidity. CHO-BOND epoxies are two-part, silver-filled or silver-plated-copper-filled adhesives which cure at room or elevated temperatures into rigid structural bonds for attaching EMI vents, windows, mesh gaskets, or for filling cracks and seams. Has particularly good adhesion to many difficult to bond substrates such as EPDM rubber, aluminum and flexible vinyl. It is economical to use because only drops of adhesive are needed to develop strong bonds.

The UV Light Cure ® resins are one component products that cure in a few seconds under ultraviolet rays. They are intended, for the most part, for the assembly of translucent materials like glass and transparent plastics (PMMA, PC...). On top of their curing speed, the Light Cure® resins are ideal for high production speeds. For the most pari they will give a perfectly transparent jointing, of optical quality, with extreme resistance and excellent protection against Chemicals.
The polymerization takes place in a few minutes to a fraction of a second. AEC adapts the priming of the resins, and thus the timing of the operation and the application to the base. The glues go from liquid to extremely sticky thixotropic.

NORPOL FI-177-10 is a low exotherm, light-weight sandwich adhesive, based on a high quality ISO/NPG resin. NORPOL FI-177-10 is accelerated and changes colour from light blue to white shortly after the admixing of peroxide.

VARIOUS PROPERTIES
NORPOL FI-177-10 is mainly used to bond single core material sheets together and for bonding core material to GRP laminates.
NORPOL FI-177-10 is formulated for use in vacuum bagging.
The bonding paste should be stored at 18-25 ºC .If the product have a temperature <18 ºC (which is no problem as to product quality) it should be heated to 18-25 ºC before use. See storage and handling document of NORPOL products.
