The products of the Duplomont 918 family are perfectly suitable for bonding muntin bars and door leaf trims. These pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes feature excellent bonding strength and aging stability. DYMAX Multi-Cure® thermal interface materials may be cured with light, heat, or activator. Most applications utilize a combination of these methods for optimal cure speed. Light cure allows for exposed areas to cure immediately, fixturing parts in place so activator or heat can continue curing in shadowed areas without interruption to process flow.
Dymax thermal interface materials offer thermal conductivity levels as high as 1.2 W/m*K. They are high viscosity and highly thixotropic for optimal dispensing and material placement.

NORPOL FI-184 is a vinyl ester based bonding paste for bonding polyester laminates giving joints with great strength and toughness.
NORPOL FI-184 is pre-accelerated and is changing colour from light grey to yellowish/brown <5min. after the admixing of peroxide.
•Recommended peroxide dosage: 2.0% CHP peroxide (NORPOL PEROXIDE 24)
•Recommended application temperature interval 18-23 ºC
•Sag/flow: Will not sag provided a maximum thickness of 20 mm is observed. Not horizontally self-flowing.
•Thicknesses up to 15 mm can be applied in one operation without causing cracks when curing
NORPOL FI-184 is suitable for machine application. We recommend running tests with the machine before starting the bonding job to ensure proper admixing of the peroxide.
VARIOUS PROPERTIES
Suitable surfaces: Glass-fiber reinforced products and cellular plastics.
Workability: Hard to grind.
The bonding paste should be stored at 18-25 ºC .If the product have a temperature <18 ºC (which is no problem as to product quality) it should be heated to 18-25 ºC before use. See storage and handling document of NORPOL products.

ADESILEX VS45 is an Acrylic adhesive in water dispersion for the installation of PVC wall coverings.
KERALASTIC : Two-component polyurethane adhesive for ceramic tiles and stone materials. Applications: Interior or exterior bonding of ceramic floor and wall tiles, natural or artificial stones and mosaics on all substrate used in the building industry. Particularly suitable for fixing to metal, wood, reinforced cement, rubber, PVC, linoleum, Mapecem, Topcem and Topcem Pronto screeds.
ULTRABOND AQUA-CONTACT : Solvent-free double coat elastomeric contact adhesive in water dispersion for the installation of floor and wall coverings, where instant bonding is required. Where to use: Internal bonding of: vinyl and rubber floor and wall coverings on non absorbent or uneven surfaces; steps, skirtings, angles in PVC or rubber.

The anaerobio resins are one component resins, without solvents, which cure in the absence of oxygen and in the presence of metal, metal being the catalyst. Upon application, the adhesives fili ali the space and surface blemishes, They harden between two metallic surfaces to create a solid joint that resists fully to shocks, vibrations, high pressure, gases and chemicals of ali sorts.

The products in the ThreeBond 1300 Series are anaerobic, extra-strength sealants developed by application of our proprietary technologies. Unlike ordinary sealants and adhesives, these do not cure when exposed to air. Rather, when they penetrate into narrow gaps in metal structures they cure in the absence of air, at room temperature, without contracting. They offer excellent resistance to vibration, heat, and chemical action. They bond the joints or threads of mechanical parts and devices chemically, preventing them from loosening and leaking. Each of them is one-part and nonsolvent, and therefore has good workability and is easy to use.

Plexus Adhesives are fully regrind compatible. Most thermoplastic parts bonded with these adhesives can be recycled without the labor-intensive step of cutting out the adhesive joints beforehand. In addition, the compatibility of Plexus Adhesives with many types of thermoplastic regrind reduces concern when separating plastic types. Plexus Adhesives are so similar in chemistry to certain regrind thermoplastics that they have only minimal influence on injection molding parameters and plastics properties. In fact, thousands of automobile bumpers bonded with Plexus Adhesives have already been recycled.

Chemically Fuse Engineered Plastics and Composites with Little or No
Surface Preparation
Unlike other adhesives and putties, Plexus "Fiberglass Fusion" Adhesives chemically fuse FRP, composites, and almost all polyester resins and gelcoats. Because they require virtually no surface preparation, Plexus Adhesives reduce assembly times by up to 60%. They produce bonds so strong that the substrates will delaminate before the bonds fail. Tough and durable, these super adhesives offer exceptional flexibility, impact strength, and resistance to fuels, chemicals, and water.

Silicones are ready-to-use one component adhesives that polymerize at ambient humidity. After creation of a « skin » after 30 minutes, polymerisation continues from 24 to 48 hours for joint thickness going from 2 to 4 mm.
There are different chemical bases of silicon, acetic bases and neutral bases (methoxy, alkoxy...). They present good adhesion on ali supports and insure high performance in most applications (mechanical, electronic, electric...). Silicones have excellent resistance to Chemicals, and can be used in extreme conditions (high temperatures, UV).
MS Polymers are one component adhesives without solvents which harden from absorbing humidity. With a faster reaction than with silicones or PU, the reaction continues for 24 hours and until it is set. Non-toxic and without danger for the environment, MS Polymers are ideal substitutes for silicones and PU.

The products in the ThreeBond 3300 series are conductive adhesives, each made up of a synthetic resin and a conductive filler containing metal such as silver, nickel, or carbon. They offer strong bonding to plastic, rubber, or ceramic, and can easily be used on assemblies that require soldering. They are widely used in producing printed circuits, bonding wire leads to electrodes, and bonding semiconductor elements and EMI parts. The series also includes anisotropically conductive adhesives that offer strong jointing of high-density multiterminal circuits such as LCDs, to meet requirements for smaller, denser, higher-precision electronic parts.
