Filament-reinforced tapes provide excellent security against impact, pressure or instability during the transportation of heavy objects. In addition, filament tape is a great choice for bundling, metal tabbing and residue-free adhering.

|
| These qualities are double-side self-adhesive mounting tapes consisting of a closed-cell polyethylene foam and are equipped with a special pressure-sensitive acrylate adhesive. These tapes are suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. High initial and rapid final adhesive strength required for mounting of Georgian profiles are accomplished through the application of VITOMOUNT 125. Subsequent sealing of the joint within the marginal zone between the window glass and the Georgian profile is, in principle, conformable to the present technical standard and is absolutely obligatory. The recommended temperature of application should be between + 18°C and + 30°C. Since Georgian profiles of different materials such as, for example, wood, metals and plastics are applied, the prevailing conditions must be optimally respected by the choice of the adequate thickness. |

VITOCOLL unsupported transfer adhesive tapes and VITOCOLL double-side self-adhesive supported tapes are conceived for the adhesion and lamination of materials such as metals, plastics, glass and paper; in addition they are recommendable flor the adhesion of signboards, set forms, labels, emblems, badges, decorative battens and front plates/panels.
The very thin adhesive films (from 0,05 up to o,13 mm) permit the adhesion of thin materials without influencing substantially the total dimensional conception.
The capability characteristics of double-side self-adhesive
supported tapes differ in their characteristics in the first line by the applied supporting materials and they permit, for example, the coating of an adhesive tape with different adhesives on the respective sides - one side coated with a string adhesive and the other side coated with a low-tack andhesive.
The following adhesive tapes which, owing to their chemical composition, fulfil different technical requirements, are to be distinguished.
Pure acrylate - Modified acrylate - Synthetic rubber
As regards dimensions or other points of the various VITOCOLL qualitities, please refer to our produkt information. |

tesa offers a variety of coated cloth tapes and non-woven tapes, whose characteristics include flexibility, residue-free removal, and high adhesive levels on many surfaces. They have high physical and chemical resistance and are ideal for applications requiring abrasion resistance and waterproof traits.

VITOLEN 111 G partition wall tape consists of a flexible soft foam with closed cells, foam excels by its superior sount absorption, elevated resilience, longevity and reliablility in accordance with biological standards for constructions. Sonometrical examinations in conformity with the German industrial standard specification DIN 52210 have been effected. According to the sound-related expertise issued by the Fraunhofer-Institut für Bauphysik (Institute for constructinal physics) in Stuttgart, an evaluated measure indicating sound insulation of joints
(RST,w = 59 dB) has been attained.
Advantages of the product: without any protective film covering - rapid and improved working.
As far as the preventive fire-proofing is concernded, the delivery progamme comprises two different product types of partition wall tapes in the quality B 1 - hardly inflammable (German industrial standard specification DIN 4102 - according to the requirements of building regulations issued by the German federal states).
Dimensions and delivery specification: colour black, thickness 3 mm, length of roll 30 m.
Widths: 30, 45*, 50, 70, 75, 95, 100 mm (*production programme)
Intermediary width dimensions and supplementary thickness dimensions are available on demand. |

Self-adhesive sealing tape conceived for the sealing of joints according DIN 18542. Stress condition groups
1 + 2.
Characteristics: precompressed, expansive, resistant to driving rain, permanently elastic, ecologically beneficial, open to diffusions
Advantages
- Easily applicable without special tools
- Uniform and retarded behaviour of the compression
- The joints are sealed in one sole operating cycle.
The application of primers, preparatory paintings or
maskings are superfluous.
- Uneveness within the joints is completely compensable
by its expansive properties
- No setting period
- No problems as regards laterial adhesion
- Subsequent treatments, such as back-filling or
smoothing are not necessary
- No supplementary applications of sealants
The application of joint sealing tapes is independent of weathering conditions. The choice of the appropriate tape dimensopms os decisive for its function. Please contact us.
Everywhere, when a sealing tape meets with specific requirements, which sufficiently correspond to an airtightness inferior to < 1,0 and when the stress condition groups according to the German industrial specification DIN 18542 are not demanded, it is recommendable to apply the VITO VDB joint sealing tape. |
