COMMON FEATURES
They are specifically designed to cool switchgear or analysis
cabinets in Hazardous areas.
All electromechanical components are certified ATEX, Zone II type Eex-d B or C.
The standard housing is made with AISI304 stainless steel, and upon request AISI316.
The components must be wired at customer care to the cabinet.
As option is available an Eex-d commandbox to control the airconditioner. Upon request other power supplies or temperature classes are available. |

Air condensation can operate at temperatures up to 71 °C.
Air condensation technology can be used to air condition a cabinet when there is no industrial water supply.

The APEX range of roof-mounted cabinet air conditioners automatically includes a UNIQUE fixing frame to reinforce the cabinet roof and keep it flat.
This avoids the "bowl" phenomenon that occurs with use and causes seepage of oil condensation, etc.
Your cabinet's leaktightness is further guaranteed by a polyurethane seal heat-sealed to both faces of the frame.
The electrical and cooling components of this range of horizontal air conditioners are identical to those of the range of vertical air conditioners. |

The Econoclim® are air conditionining units whose operating principle is based on adiabatic cooling. The evaporation of a small quantity of water
requires removing the vaporization heat from the ambient atmosphere, which has the effect of cooling the air. This is exploited in the Econoclim®
unit in order to reduce the temperature of your factory.
Environmental protection:
The evaporation air conditioning units do not use any refrigerants and only consume their own energy, water and electricity. These are simple devices using natural processes.
Economy:
The investment and operating costs are much lower than with the installation of conventional air conditioning.
Efficiency:
The hotter and drier the intake air, the greater the reduction in temperature.
Purification of ambient air:
100% frech air is taken from outside before being distributed in the factory. Frech air is constantly being circulated.
Comfort:

The thermal management program is a computer-aided calculation system for switch cabinet air-conditioning.
It takes care of all the worries associated with production standstill caused by overheated switchgear systems.
The program contains databases of the Eldon enclosures, their dimensions, the conditioning devices (filter/fans, cooling units, heat-exchangers) and a selection of the most used electrical components with their heat dissipation. Additional databases can be created within the program.
After having chosen the enclosure type and size, given all the environment conditions (enclosure situation, required equipment temperature, ambient temperature and heat dissipation), the program will propose the most appropriate conditioning solution. A calculation report can then be printed.
To allow the installation study of the cooling devices on the enclosures in the early stage of a project, dimensional drawings of all the devices will be provided in CAD system DXF and AutoCAD file formats soon. You can find the different dimensions in our datasheets.

SLIM-IN Line
Door/Wall mounting System description
Specifically developed for door or wall mounting, the air conditioners of the series SLIM-IN cover a cooling capacity range from 850W to 2500W.
They are available in 230V (and some items in 400V).
Common to most of the SLIM-IN models is the Maintenance Free concept.
All models are equipped with an electronic board (not for EVE08).

Stylish new round flow cassette with a 360° radial airflow pattern from Daikin is industry first.
A unique and attractive ‘Round flow’ R-410A ceiling mounted cassette with a 360O radial airflow pattern will shortly be unveiled by Daikin Europe N.V. The new round flow cassette is available in thin body FCQ-C and high COP FCQH variants for integration with Sky Air systems and thin body FXFQ-P for use with VRV systems.
High year round comfort stems from the round flow cassette’s many new features, which include improved and uniform airflow and temperature distribution, lower air velocities and less draughts as a result of increased horizontal airflows. Reduced temperature differentials across the conditioned space improve the thermal comfort index and considerable energy savings with COPs among the highest in the industry. Improved control for Sky Air compatible models stems from the incorporation of a humidity sensor and these models also offer standard connection to the DIII net without the need for an adaptor.

Our new floor standing unit FVXS-F is both stylish and highly energy efficient.
We have introduced a new floor standing R-410A indoor unit. Visually striking and highly energy efficient, the unit, designated FVXS-F, has a new and easy to clean flat front panel with side inlets in place of the traditional front grille, giving it a real sense of slimness.
FVXS-F comes in 25, 35 and 50 sizes with substantially increased COPs and EERs when coupled to the new RK/XS outdoor units. All FVXS-F models are suitable for both ‘Pair’ and ‘Multi’ connection. Furthermore, innovative design of the overall casing enables its ‘build in’ depth to be adjusted to suit site installation conditions. All models have category ‘A’ energy efficiency ratings.
Low operating noise stems from the use of a 5-speed, silent operation fan, with a maximum setting that can be selected for rapid cooling.
Operating flexibility and controllability are improved by a new and attractive remote controller, which features a weekly timer allowing 7 day programming with 4 different options per day and a ‘copy’ function enabling any programme to be replicated on any day or days as required.
The unit comes complete with a number of other important features, including an energy saving ‘econo’ mode, which reduces power consumption and avoids overloads when other home appliances are in use at the same time.

| This unit's lambada-shaped heat exchanger has a wide suction area which increases the air intake enabling the unit to adjust to the room temperature quickly. The output is a powerful sweeping airflow eliminates that dead zones and improves the cooling and heating effect while the trapezoidal blades cut the air diagonally to minimise air resistance, which reduces noise and improves efficiency. For easy maintenance the unit has a washable carbon and anti-bacteria air purifying filter. |

Liebert XD refrigerant-based cooling modules work as a system to support the hot aisle/cold aisle approach to cooling high heat density data centers. The modules provide focused rack cooling, enhancing a room precision cooling unit, such as a Liebert DS system. Pumped refrigerant is ideal for use around electronic equipment, operating at low pressure in the piping circuit, and becoming a gas at room conditions. |
