Door/Wall mounting System description
Specifically developed for door or wall mounting, the air conditioners of the series SLIM-IN cover a cooling capacity range from 850W to 2500W.
They are available in 230V (and some items in 400V).
Common to most of the SLIM-IN models is the Maintenance Free concept.
All models are equipped with an electronic board (not for EVE08).

The thermal management program is a computer-aided calculation system for switch cabinet air-conditioning.
It takes care of all the worries associated with production standstill caused by overheated switchgear systems.
The program contains databases of the Eldon enclosures, their dimensions, the conditioning devices (filter/fans, cooling units, heat-exchangers) and a selection of the most used electrical components with their heat dissipation. Additional databases can be created within the program.
After having chosen the enclosure type and size, given all the environment conditions (enclosure situation, required equipment temperature, ambient temperature and heat dissipation), the program will propose the most appropriate conditioning solution. A calculation report can then be printed.
To allow the installation study of the cooling devices on the enclosures in the early stage of a project, dimensional drawings of all the devices will be provided in CAD system DXF and AutoCAD file formats soon. You can find the different dimensions in our datasheets.

This is an air curtain designed for use in industrial areas and to curtain more exacting areas. It can be mounted horizontally or vertically. The design and output of the curtain was adapted to the usage in question. All this is reflected in long lifespan and reliability of the device, which thanks to this fact is maintenance-free and easy to operate. The air curtain is particularly used to curtain large openings such as doorways in production and storage halls, hangars, garages, machine plants and transport depots etc.

Commercial door units are designed to be aesthetically pleasing, quiet, and efficient. Light Industrial units are best suited for applications inside a plant or warehouse. These popular units are ideal for controlling unwanted airborne contaminates, such as dust or fumes. Medium Industrial are the most widely used of all industrial air door units. These air door units have the same size cabinet as our light industrial units, but have more powerful motors and fans for increased performance. Medium industrial air doors are often used on loading dock doors to control heating and air conditioning loss. Heavy Duty and Extra Heavy Duty air curtains are for the larger industrial doors.
All Save-T Air Doors/Air Curtains are easy to install, quiet, and efficient. Most doors can be ordered with either electric or hot water/steam heaters. Heaters are mounted to the intake side of the air door unit and can raise the temperature of the exiting air stream by as much as 30°F. Indirect Gas fired heaters are recommended for larger industrial doors.

NC cabinets protect your NC tools and fixtures against dirt and damage and make way for a good overview, orderliness, and free space.
The cabinet housing can be fitted individually using tool cradles, pull-out shelves and adjustable shelves and provide access to NC tools in an optimal fashion. Sliding doors, hinged doors, and plastic roller shutters protect the tools against unauthorised removal and help to keep your tools available and ready for use at all times.

DOUBLE-DOOR, PASS-THROUGH LABORATORY AUTOCLAVES – CIRCULAR SECTION (380/415V, 10.5kW)
Where a clean room or containment suite is being installed it is often an advantage to install a through-wall autoclave to ensure containment. Priorclave manufacture Pass-through autoclaves with circular chambers in 150L and 200L capacities. Double Door Priorclaves have interlocks to prevent both doors being open at the same time as this would breach the integrity of the site. They also have an interlock to prevent the door at the unloading end from being opened until the sterilisation cycle has been successfully completed and the load is safe to pass into the unloading end.
Pass-through Priorclaves include all the features of the Front Loading Range.

Doorholder magnets, explosion proof
Doorholder magnets with 650 N, 1300 N and 2000 N force, explosionproof, in acc. with ATEX 94/9/EC, II2G EEx m II T6, II2D IP66 T85, for use in hazardous areas zone 1, 2, 21 and 22 for all kind of gas, mixtures, vapours and dust (in acc. to type). Protection class IP65.

DICTATOR provides complete hold open systems for hazardous areas
They comprise explosion-proof smoke and heat detectors, door operators and the electromagnets. They comply with the requirements for group II products and can be installed in all zone 1 and 2 areas (according to VDE 0165). The explosion proof magnets are encapsulated (EEX m). Two series are available: with ex-proof connection box or with connection cable. The standard length of the cable is 2 m, but it can be delivered in the length required on site. The holding force of the magnets is either 550 N or 145N. The integrated release pin eliminates any remanence after switching off the power supply of the magnets, ensuring that the magnets always releases the door. All ex-proof magnets are equipped with diodes and polarity protection.
The DICTATOR ex-proof magnets have been tested both according to EN 1155:2005 for hold-open systems and the ATEX directive by the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt Braunschweig (certificates PTB 03 ATEX 2174 X and PTB 03 ATEX N060).
In addition to the ex-proof magnets DICTATOR also provides a large range of electromagnets for hold-open systems, that comply with the EN 1155:2005 and are approved for the use in hold-open systems.

The structure consists of a machine bed with a beam that slides across the top of it. Both parts are made of steel and are duly stabilised after each work phase to ensure that there is no interior tension; they are of sufficient size to guarantee stability and precision during machining operations.

This multipurpose drilling machine drills 1000X2000 mm doors in one operation, and also small boxes from 80X80 mm.

Tubular motors from elero are maintenance-free and have a long life, making them especially suitable for the mentioned applications. Of course, the Type 15 series can be easily combined with the necessary safety technology, such as safety brake and lower rail disconnect, via a motor control unit with radio control.

In most machining centres with horizontal spindle axis, it is normal for the tool-magazine to be in a protected area of the machine. This area is generally separated from the working area by means of a bulkhead in which there is a door opening. Only when exchange of tools is made, is the door opened and closed.
For the fastest tool exchange time, the door movement in the bulkhead must be synchronised with the movement of the tools exchanger. HTC is equipped with an extra output shaft that is used for rapid opening and closing of the door in perfect synchronisation with the tools exchange motions.
This evolution of the HTC40 mechanism is known as HTC 40T.

Interlock control system
A plug-in modular system for linking up to 10 doors, or up to 10 groups of doors to create an interlock system.
No complicated control system required as dependencies are set on site with DIP-switches at each control module. The system allows for easy expansion.
Quite often one of the requirements of clean-room technology or laboratories is, that certain doors may only be opened ifothers are closed. The DICTATOR interlock control system is the idealsolution to link units of up to 10 doors.
The dependencies between different doors are programmed directly in the
respective control modules on each door using a very easy adjustable matrix control system. This is done with DIP-switches representing the different doors. The dependences / linksnbetween the doors can also be changed on site at a later stage, not requiring any special programming
know-how. The interlock control terminal is provided with a potentialfree make-break contact. This permits e.g. to pass on the information on each door to a central control system.
The DICTATOR interlock control system is a modular system and therefore
extremely flexible and easy to adapt to different sizes of door units and
requirements.
