Compressed air is the lifeblood of every sprayshop and its effective management is vital to operator safety, efficiency and maintaining ultimate finish quality. The DeVilbiss DVFR range of air filter regulators and coalescers are manufactured using super resistant technopolymer materials used in the construction of the filter bodies ensuring total solvent resistance, while the state of the art rolling diaphragm technology ensures optimum air flow and precision control.

The subminiature filters are ideal for a broad range of industrial, medical, and instrumentation applications. The disposable filters are designed to remove most particulate contaminants in compressed air systems. The filter media, a Dutch Weave 316 stainless steel screen, is available in 5, 25,43, and 73 microns. The maximum supply pressure is 125 PSI.
Three models are available: The F-950 Series Filter has barbs for 1/16” or 1/8” I.D. tubing. The F-960 Series Filter is encased in a 10-32 UNF male threaded housing with a barb for 1/16” or 1/8” I.D. tubing. The F-970 Series Filter has the largest effective filter area and is encased in a 10-32 UNF female threaded housing. |

Oil and Water Vapor Adsorbers (25-2,200 scfm)
Oil vapor can be very detrimental to many products and processes including food, pharmaceutical, instrument, hospital and electronics applications. In these cases an oil adsorber should be installed downstream of both lubricated and non-lubricated air compressors as hydrocarbon vapors are found in ambient air and can be concentrated in the compressed air stream. Oil adsorbers use a charge of activated carbon to remove unwanted hydrocarbon vapors. These adsorbers can be used as single tower water vapor adsorbers with a charge of activated alumina.
Stainless steel diffuser and adsorbent support screens for superior corrosion resistance.
Down flow design for less fluidization and longer adsorbent life.
ASME section VIII designed, manufactured and stamped (where applicable) for certified quality assurance
Specially selected carbon and aluminum adsorbents for low pressure drop.
Separate fill and drain ports for ease in adsorbent replacement.
