When it comes to baghouses, lots of people in the wood, plastics and food industries have seen one. (The key word here is "one".) Many think they're all similar. Actually, there have been several thousand manufacturers over the past century making a wildly diverse range of designs. The handful of makers that still exist do so because their products work.
Like many pieces of shop equipment, baghouse filters need periodic replacement. If your unit (or the affordable used one you just found at an auction) is almost an antique and/or you can't locate the OEM, we can make replacement bags or sleeves for it. In most cases our engineered fabrics will substantially improve its performance at the same time.

The bag filters are manufactured on modern production facilities at our filter factory. Many years of experience in the production of bag filters, the use of suitable materials and good processing ensure high quality products. The bag filter inserts are employed as pre-filters or main filters in ventilation and air-conditioning systems to extract fine dust. They are available in various designs offering different extraction and efficiency levels and in different lengths to enable optimum adaption to the prevailing requirements. The filters consist of a plastic face frame (metal frame available upon request) and the individual filter bags made of glass fibre fabrics with spunbonded fabric lining.

AstroCel I HEPA filters are used primarily in cleanrooms and clean benches, areas which require the very highest levels of contamination control. The filter consists of water-proofed, fire-retardant fiberglass media formed into a series of pleats. Corrugated sheets of aluminum separate the pleats to permit maximum usage at minimum resistance. The media is enclosed in and foam bonded to a filter frame made of 3/4" fire retardant particle board. Gasketing is available on the upstream, downstream or both faces.
