Three filter grades are available:
* Filter Element Grade AE
Efficiency 99.99% at 1 micron. Oil retention down to 0.5 ppm per ISO 8573.1.

Efficiency 99.9999% at 0.01 microns. Oil retention down to 0.01 ppm per ISO 8573.1.
* Filter Element Grade AC
Activated carbon element which adsorbs oil vapor down to 0.001 ppm. It is always preceded by a PE filter series to remove aerosols.

ACS carbon filters are used to adsorb gaseous odours and impurities from the air stream and are available pre-assembled as either cartridge filters or panel filters or alternatively supplied in loose bulk form as well as carbon coated foams and synthetic media. The cartridge shown here is particularly abrasion resistant whilst offering low air resistance. Along with standard grade carbon a comprehensive range of impregnated carbons is available in various particle sizes. For the more demanding of applications the range is completed by chemical adsorption and oxidation filters incorporating specially designed granules.

SAAFCarb enhanced capacity media efficiently removes 99.5% of targeted contaminants from SAAFCarb systems. Target impurities include diesel fumes (nitrogen dioxide), hydrocarbons, chlorine, and volatile organic compounds (VOC). The pelletized activated carbon is composed of non-toxic, bituminous coal substrate. SAAFCarb media removes toxic and impure gases from the environment by adsorption. In this process, the gases accumulate on the surface of the pellet.
The 4.0 mm pellet media undergoes several quality control tests before being shipped, revealing low pressure drop and high adsorptive capacity. SAAFCarb media performs at a range of -4° to 125°F (-20° to 51°C) under 10- 95% relative humidity (RH). Airflow is effective in commercial and industrial systems, and ranges from less than 25 CFM (42.5 m3/hr) to over 100,000 CFM (169,920 m3/hr) and with velocities from 60 to 500 FPM (1,080 to 9,000 m/hr).

We manufacture vacuum filters which use consumable filter paper for filtration. These vacuum filters can effectively handle viscous fluids up to 40 Cst. They require lesser space as dirty fluid tank and filter are together. They can easily be designed to handle much larger flows & dirt quantities. They use pump suction vacuum for filtration in addition to gravity head available. Pressure drop used is about 4 m of fluid column. Hence gathers more dirt layer to perform much better than all types of gravity filters.

The Cyclevent range of mobile adsorbers are designed as a combination of transport vessel and adsorber for air and gas phase applications, principally VOC Removal. GF PRIMUS metal separation systems remove magnetic and non-magnetic metal particles (steel, stainless steel, aluminium etc) from pneumatically conveyed bulk materials such as granulates and reground material. Metal contaminants (and inclusions) are removed by means of a reject flap (‘Quick Flap System’) without any interruption to the material flow, even at high flow rates.. Contaminated material is rejected into a container. The reject container is emptied automatically. The GF PRIMUS metal separation system is primarily used in industries where hygiene standards are less important. It is used for inspecting dry bulk materials.
