| The original "clean" agent, carbon dioxide suppresses fire without leaving behind an agent to damage sensitive equipment. And because there is no agent to clean up, you're back in business faster. To provide the most economical system arrangement without sacrificing performance, we offer both High and Low pressure systems including the exclusive ANSUL® "Mini-Bulk" professional tank technology. |

Over the last 30 years, Toromont has emerged as the
undisputed international leader in the design,
engineering and fabrication of modular PROFESSIONAL CO2 plants.
We offer commercially viable solutions for a variety
of CO2 applications, from low pressure gathering to
water dehydration to high pressure (200 to 400 bar)
disposal, based on our modular approach to process
problems and our detailed understanding of the construction
of CO2 plants. |

Hydrocarbon plants
GRASYS hydrocarbon separation plants are produced with the use of the company brand-new proprietary membrane capable of delivering substantial benefits in comparison with other gas separation technologies.
Due to their cost-effectiveness combined with required longevity GRASYS membranes may be efficiently used in industrial applications where operating conditions excludes the adoption of other polymer membrane types. Besides, this membrane gas separation technology has a modular structure allowing expansion or modification of operated systems and prompt response to any changes in feed composition during the entire life cycle of a given source (e.g. increasing CO2 concentration or changing hydrocarbon flow composition in a natural gas field) — and all this without unnecessary additional costs. The description below features some of the primary applications of GRASYS gas separation systems
Natural gas sweetening
Today, membranes are used for natural gas sweetening by means of acid gases, CO2 and H2S removal and ensuring its compliance with pipeline requirements as well as for carbon dioxide removal from methane and its subsequent injection in formation in the process of tertiary oil recovery. Frequently, natural gas streams contain aggressive or highly condensable components decreasing membrane capacity. For removal of these components or maintenance/control of their concentration within the membrane capacity critical limits expensive preliminary treatment is required. This restricts the conventional membranes area of application by natural gas processing and increases their functional complexity and operating costs. The new technology makes it possible to develop contamination-resistant and cost-effective membrane systems, highly efficient by gas separation.

Centralized monitoring and traceability of the temperatures
New LABGUARD 2 version 3.7 with alarms in real time and function back up!
AES CHEMUNEX presents version 3.7 of system LABGUARD 2. Already adopted by many laboratories in France and abroad, LABGUARD 2 is an acquisition machine and of monitoring of the temperatures (and other parameters like: relative humidity, differential pressure, CO2, O2, contacts dry...). The transmission of the data in real time by radio of the emitters towards the receiver and the computer avoids any wiring and allows a very simple and fast installation as well as a very great flexibility.
The software, conforms CFR21 leaves 11, presents a total traceability: the data base is made safe and the software delivered with file of validation (service IQ, OQ available). The new version of the software integrates the function "back up": the data are recorded in each module and can thus be recovered in the event of stop or of computer breakdown. The data security is maximum. The emitters can be supplied with industrial battery cell and/or sector.
The software is conceived in a modular way, various optional modules make it possible to meet the needs for each user (mapping, reference of alarms, localization of the apparatuses at fault, remote consultation, interfacing software quality...)
