Application-specific pleat spacings, field-proven support nonwoven design or patented pleat corrugation give our DIN Standard Cartridges high extraction performance coupled with low filter resistance. Our BIA-tested, synthetic filter media possess a significantly greater consistency of quality than conventional spunbonded nonwovens, and thus ensure that the residual-dust contents required are complied with even under the alternating stress of the compressed-air cleaning process. Cartridge variants with antistatic filter media have been DMT-tested, and are manufactured using a patented grid imprint process.
The DIN Standard Cartridges, with integrated covers, bases and support cages made of galvanized steel, are ideally suited for simple retrofitting to most dust removal units in common use. They achieve a lengthy lifetime even under extremely tough operating conditions, particularly when abrasive or chemically aggressive dusts are involved. |

TURBOCARTRIDGE
Cartridge filter for systems turbogas.
Cartridges TURBOCARTRIDGE are constituted from a metallic chassis and a septum leaking in cellulose and synthetic fibers idrorepellente, in class of filtration second F7 EN 779. The chassis is planned in steel mesh and introduces a limited number of welding in order to avoid possible oxidations. The real advantages in the passage to cartridge TURBOCARTRIDGE are: better leaking efficiency, greater ability to I accumulate powders, minor loss of cargo, operating long-life and cost reduction of maintenance. |

This after-filter retains polluting particles thanks to the following main filtration effects: diffusion, inertia and direct interception.
It is recommended for those machining processes producing fine mists from soluble oil mixed with dusts (especially of conducting materials: e.g. cast iron processes, pressure die-casting etc.).
Our after-filter is available in various models with two different levels of efficiency:
EU9 and EU13. The last one is able to retain also some smokes.
The fibreglass after-filter can be used in combination with the three kinds of air filters (turbine single and double centrifuge) and with all our modular filtration units.

Vertical or Horizontal constructions mounted on legs or skirts.
Designed to international Pressure Vessel Codes and Standards.
These filters have multiple cartridges securely mounted with the vessel.
Cartridges offered can be of various types of construction depending on the application i.e. Pleated, wound or all metal construction.
Access to the internals can be via a Quick Opening Closure or Bolted Cover.
Flow passes through the cartridges in an in - to out flow direction.
We are able to offer elements that will accept a high differential pressure before mechanical damage can occur. |

PCC Series Large Flow Filtration for Air and Gas
(1,600 scfm and larger)
Fabricated from high-quality carbon steel, PCC Series Filters are welded to ASME standards to provide large flow applications with exceptional air quality and low pressure drop. Designed specifically for use with our high performance air and gas filter cartridges, these filters can be used alone or as prefilters and afterfilters. D urable and dependable, PCC Series protects your compressed air and gas system and enhances dryer performance.
Flanged lid allows easy filter cartridge access. No need to disconnect drain valve or other tubing when changing cartridges
Sturdy vessel support legs simplify piping installations
Multi-element, carbon steel housing design 1,600 to 15,000 scfm
Easy to read differential pressure gauge standard on all models
Low housing pressure drop saves dollars (1 psi pressure drop costs, on average, $67 per year per 100 scfm at 6¢ per kWh).
