Climaciat Airtech
Air handling unit designed to meet the various mixing, filtration, heating, cooling, dehumidification, humidification, ventilation, recovery and sound attenuation needs in commercial, industrial and healthcare applications. Available as a horizontal unit for indoor installation or outdoor installation with canopy and protective accessories. Every model in the range may be ordered as single or dual path.

Types: The air treatment unit “STACE” is capable of covering a range of levels between 1.500 and 400.000 m3/h. We can also develop units with a higher capacity still with the same structure by the addition of local reinforcements
of larger dimension.
Geometry: The casing structure of the units is of the frame type on which insulated panels are fitted.
Version: The units are made in three versions:
A) A lighter version for capacities of up to 15.000 m3/h.
B) A medium version for capacities between 16.000 and 80.000 m3/h.
C) A heavy version for capacities between 80.000 and over 350.000 m3/h.

- ME: Version with motorised fresh air intake damper for the fresh air and at the air return + extraction propeller fan

Advanced air handling unit that creates precise micro-climates for sensitive pharmaceutical and medical device applications.
Temperatures from 15°C to 45°C and humidities from 30% to 98% relative humidity can be pre-set on the Micro-Environment Control System to provide consistent temperature and humidity controlled air for spot process applications.
Accuracy is within ±1%rh and ±0.1°C – a level which until now has been unachievable on a consistent basis. Air volumes are adjustable from 110 litres per second to 200 litres per second.

This system takes fresh air from outside and feeds the air into air-handling units on different floors of a building. First, ambient air taken from outside is filtrated through a filter, and pre-cooled or pre-heated with cool water or warm water from refrigerating machines and boilers. Since this unit is designed to replace air conditioning systems in existing buildings, it can be assembled at the site of installation. The dimensions of the unit have been made as small as possible so it can be delivered through a narrow corridor in a building. Easy delivery and the smaller number of components necessary for assembly can solve many problems in replacing existing air-handling units for purposes of renewal.

These air Handling units are intended for use inside buildings, i.e. in plant rooms, basements, etc. The casings are made of sanwich panels filled witch rigid polyurethane foam or mineral wool between two sheets of metal. Panel thickness depends on the aplication and the water condotions. Sandwich panels give exellent thermal protection and meet rigorus acoustic requirements.
A wide performance scope ranging from 1 300 to 125 550 m³/h allows for using the Erato main units in large-volume buildings like:

External main units are intended for use on the outside of buildings, e.g. on roofs.
Roof units are equipped with a little roof, air inlets and dischargers. The roof protects against precipitation and its profile prevents water accumulation and leaks. The design of the air inlet and air dischargers fitted with liquid traps and fine mesh preventing precipitation water and mechanical impurities from entering the inside of units. In order to ensure protection against weather conditions, all automatics components and movable elements (e.g. throttles) are located inside units. As an option, roof units are equipped with empty sections designed to accommodate control-pumping units.
