Air driven hydraulic powerpacks can be used where pressurised air is available and hydraulic pressure us needed. They are compact, simple, safe and a relatively cheap solution in explosive environments in comparison with electric driven powerpacks.

The plastic piston air motor has been developed for applications in the foodstuffs industry or in aggressive environments. This air motor is available in two models. The RM015 supplies a starting torque of 15 Nm (at 8 bar) and a continuous torque of 10 Nm. Maximum output is 160 W at 200 rpm. The RM025, supplies a starting torque of 25 Nm and a continuous torque of 12 Nm. This variant achieves a maximum output of 185 W at 160 rpm.

The new - Air-Vane Motor Generation combines a multitude of technical possibilities with a very attractive price to quality ratio.
All external parts, including the spindle, are made of stainless steel; the motors are completely sealed; neither will compressed air escape, nor outside air penetrate.
The motors are therefore suited for standard use, even in the food-industry or in the chemical industry. They can also be used without lubrication (oilfree), however, with an approximately 15% lower power output. For the continued use with extreme dry air we offer custom units with specialized vanes. The motors can be operated either in right-or left-rotation. By the use of two external 3/2- or one 4/3-way valves the motors can be reversed automatically.
All motors offer the noted durability and precision of all tools.

Globe Archimedes pneumatic motors 2M and 5M are installation sliding-vane motors with integrated planetary gear in the capacity range of 0,25 -1.0 KW small diameters and axial air connections permit the installation also with restrained spatial conditions.

Steplessly variable speed. Standing still under load is no problem. External pollution or water has no effect. Forced start by Globe ejection rings.
