Enidine Air Springs are highly durable, precisely engineered and cost-effective for use in a wide variety of actuation and vibration isolation applications. With time-tested designs incorporating fabric-reinforced Wingprene%u2122 or natural rubber flex-member construction and corrosion-protected end retainers, Enidine Air Springs provide superior quality and performance. As an actuator, Enidine Air Springs can provide either linear or angular motion. These air springs offer a favorable stroke-to-compressed-height ratio when compared to air cylinders, and can accept a wide variety of actuation media such as air, water, nitrogen or anti-freeze. As an isolator, Enidine Air Springs are effective in reducing the harmful effects of vibration.

| Ogura is the largest manufacturer of electromagnetic clutches and brakes in the world. Current manufacturing capacity is in excess of 30 million clutches and brakes per year. We have 14 manufacturing plants throughout Europe, the Americas, and Asia. All plants are certified ISO9001 and most have been certified ISO 14001 and TS16949. We have over 3,000 designs available. Besides the standard product shown we also make a variety of specialty products. These brakes are used in used in the following industries: brakes for servo motors, robotics applications, elevators/escalators, industrial machinery, automotive, and medical applications. Ogura holding brakes are made in both the spring set type and permanent magnet type. Optional designs such as zero backlash are available. Brakes can be made in a variety of DC voltages. Standard torque ranges are from 1nm to 800nm, although specialty multiple disk elevator brakes have been made up to 30,000nm. |

Ausco invented the spring applied-hydraulically released multi-disc brake in the early 1970s. Today, Ausco remains the leader in spring applied-hydraulically released brakes. Ausco's catalog product offerings include all of the common SAE mounts. Most of our brakes are offered in both wet and dry configurations. Variations on shaft and spline sizes are also a common option. In addition, Ausco offers a number of specialty multi-disc brakes for articulated vehicles, mining shuttle cars, etc.

Light to heavy duty braking applications are served by these fast-acting calipers. Sensitive and rapid response to air pressure level also makes them ideal for tension control applications.
Friction pads are secured by quick-release clips.
The MS, MX and GMRP series have spring retraction to insure ample pad clearance when the brake is released. The MS and MX series have an interchangeable range of air actuators

Design Features
- Failsafe Protection.
- Long wear life.
- Quick, smooth stopping.
Wichita Spring-Set Air Release Motor Brakes are ideal for failsafe protection of process equipment. Available in foot mounted and C-face options, this improved design has thicker friction discs for longer wear life. The fast acting Spring-Set actuation assures quick, smooth stops.

RACO's spring brake actuator systems work completely electromechanically so that it can be used in all rail vehicles, cableway railways and escalators, etc. Their main feature is safe and jerk-free braking. The spring brake actuator system always ensures that the vehicle is braked even if the electrical equipment fails or if there is a power failure.
The explosion-proof design is also used for braking pit locomotives in underground mining.
Benefits:
small dimensions and lightweight
easy to install and connect
soft and jerk-free braking
does not ice up or freeze at low temperatures
no problems with leaky lines
no noise pollution
no media disposal and especially enviroment-friendly
low operating and service costs |
