BIGNEAT Laminar flow cabinets are designed to protect product or operating staff by maintaining a particle-free ultra clean zone. They can be used whenever a Class II cabinet is deemed unnecessary.
Laminar Flow Cabinets are available in two versions, providing horizontal air for operator or product protection.
All BIGNEAT Laminar Flow Cabinets are provided with a well lit diffused hidden lighting as standard and efficient sound insulation, which ensures the operator can use the cabinet for long periods without discomfort.

AirClean Systems PCR Combination Workstation
AirClean®Systems PCR workstations with UVTect™ microprocessor control, allow you to maintain a Class 100 clean work area during PCR preparation. The AC600 Series LFUV Model has a built-in 254 nm ultraviolet light that allows the operator to irradiate tubes, flasks and pipettes between amplifications. The 254 nm ultraviolet light will effectively destroy potentially contaminating DNA and RNA within minutes. UVTect™ monitors the life of the bulb to ensure proper levels of irradiation.
The workstations feature a unique interlocking sash with a safety overlap to prevent gaps. The sash also has a safety switch that automatically turns off the ultraviolet light and activates the blower and fluorescent light when the sash is raised. This revolutionary uni-body design provides unmatched user protection from harmful ultraviolet rays during the sterilization process. HEPA filtered units have a built-in monitoring system to alert the user when to change the HEPA filter.

BIGNEAT's PCR UV workstation efficiently protects against contamination by bathing PCR aparatus in sterile air and limiting the risk of contamination from the operators arms, or from equipment bought into the otherwise sterile environment.

T5000 Marine
For external or internal use, the T5000 Marine is designed to attain a high level of noise reduction up to 23dB. Manufactured using general-purpose resin mat to BS476 Class 1 fire retardency, the T5000 Marine is extremely robust and weatherproof. Inside the hood's outer shell is a perforated polypropylene lining that houses 50mm non-hygroscopic acoustic insulation.
Fitted to the inner back wall is a stainless steel apparatus plate; beneath this plate is a detachable GRP shelf (165mm deep) with easy cable entry. The hood is fixed to the wall via two galvanised brackets that are secured through the hood's back panel enabling a load of up to 60 kgs to be safely mounted.
