The Millennium is a versatile, high-performance dust collector that has been designed to meet the needs of most industrial applications. The Millennium offers a flexible design that reduces freight and erection costs, fits tight quarters, and is easy to install and service. Available in two sizes, the self-cleaning modules can accomodate up to 144 fabric bags each, at bag lengths of 8, 10, 12, or 14 feet. MAC Pulse Jet filters can be used in a wide variety of air filtration applications. Depending on the configuration, they can be used as the filter in a dust collection system or as the product receiver in a pneumatic conveying system. Filters can also be equipped with a HEPA high efficiency filter on the clean air exhaust where the air is being reintroduced into the work environment. For lower energy consumption, medium pressure cleaning options are also available.
The MAC2Flo has large square footage of media per cartridge allowing for increased air flow with no increase in pressure drop. Dust-laden air enters the top of the filter, which provides a true downward airflow resulting in increased cleaning efficiency.
The MAC Medium-Pressure Controlled-Cleaning Dust Filter (MCF) is the most efficient and versatile bag filter made. Capacities range to over 250,000 CFM with over a dozen filter media options available. MCF Dust Filter combines superior consistent cleaning performance with major energy savings. Each round filter bag is cleaned only once per cycle to optimize bag life and pressure drop.

AGET silo vents are installed directly on the silo or bin, where collected dust trapped in the filters falls back into the bin when the tubes are shaken. Dust-laden air created by loading of the silo is filtered and exits from a weather protected bird-proof outlet. Motorized filter shakers less controls are standard. Exhausters can be included (see below) to relieve system back pressure and create a negative pressure in the bin. See "Pull-Through" filters for specs. The L-CUT series has been specially developed for the collection of dust and fumes caused by thermal processes such as joining, separating, or surface treatment by laser, plasma or gases, to separate the finest of metal oxide particles. Baghouse Filters
Increasing demand for a cleaner environment and requirements for lower particulate emissions from the manufacturing processes, result in baghouse air filters being widely used in resource industries. In principle, baghouses are industrial-sized vacuum cleaners. The difference between a baghouse and a household vacuum is the need to continuously remove dust while the baghouse is in operation.
The cleaning mechanisms have been developed over the past 50 years. Early developments used shaker and reverse air systems, while newer baghouse designs use a PulseJet cleaning system (using compressed air) or a High-Energy PulseAir system (using a displacement blower) for cleaning air. Side-by-side comparisons prove baghouses using High-Energy PulseAir are more efficient, deliver the cleanest results and prolong bag life.

Kar-Tech's Fan Driver/Electric Oil Cooler Control is a low-cost, highly intelligent control module for controlling electric DC fans or oil coolers for use in mobile hydraulic applications. The Fan Driver can drive a single fan in both directions with sustained supply current of 10 amps (up to 30 amp optional). An onboard temperature input accepts a sensor or switch for fan on temperature (programmable with a sensor input), and by using programmable ramp up and ramp down times, shock on the motor and mounting flanges is reduced or eliminated.
