Heavy-Duty Dust Collection
The continuous duty bag dust collector for those applications where cartridges will not work. The Bagtron comes in a full range of sizes, from 67 sq. ft. to 1750 sq. ft. of filter, thus giving CFM's of air moved from as low as 500 CFM and as high as 25,000 CFM. In addition custom / larger sizes are available.
Self Cleaning While Running
Online cleaning is accomplished by a solid state control board which sequentially energenizes solenoids, allowing diaphragm valves to dump compressed air from the storage header into the blow-down pipe. The blow-down pipes have orifices over the inlets of each bag. The primary air is then joined by secondary air in the clean chamber both to flex the bag, cracking the dust cake, and also to blow off the loosened dust. The large agglomerated dust particles will then fall to the hopper for discarge from the collector. The compressed air jet is processed through a Venturi before passing to the fabric of the bag.

Flowtron AC Series
Self-Cleaning Cartridge Air Cleaners
Quiet, Efficient Operation
The Flowtron Air Cleaner is packed with design features that go straight to the bottom line. The film-laminated media is state-of-the-art for collecting fine dust in heavy concentrations from a wide range of welding, grinding, and finishing operations. The large capacity dust filters clean thoroughly off-line for the lowest cost per pound of collected dust, and the low-speed backward inclined blower reduces the energy cost of moving the air.
SRR Self-Cleaning System
As compressed air reaches near-sonic velocity exiting from our Sonic Resonating Rapperª, its whipping motion raps the inside of the cartridge, dislodging even the material deeply packed into the pleats.

Pulse Jet Cartridge Collectors
U.S. Air Filtration cartridge collectors offer significant advantages for many different applications. Each pulse jet dust collector is custom-engineered to a specific pressure or vacuum. Our cartridge collectors feature high efficiencies that are particularly important for applications involving toxic dusts or where air is being re-circulated. A cartridge collector is quite compact relative to the amount of airflow passing through them because of the large amount of media contained in each cartridge.
Cartridge collectors present minimal safety risks to workers changing the elements because they do not have to enter the collector to remove the filters. They remain in an outside "fresh air" environment, where their lungs, skin, and clothing have very little contact with dust inside the collector. Pulsejet bags cartridges can be replaced quickly, and workers are not exposed to the dusts. U.S. Air Filtration collectors and cartridges are engineered to work together as an integrated system. With 14 collector lines and 12 proprietary filter cartridges, U.S. Air Filtration can design a dust collection solution for your exact needs.

TP type bag filters
The TRIPULS bag filter is a space-saving filter that still provides optimum performance. The complete filter element (filter medium plus frame), specially designed for the TRIPULS filter, allows optimum deformation of the filtering medium during the cleaning of the filter, comparable that undergone by a TP.
Each filter element includes three injection tubes. Their design and the resulting features (high flow and a big difference in cleaning pressure), combined with the special TRIPULS filter element, guarantee maximum filtration for low compressed air consumption.
These qualities, added to the compact construction, with the possibility of the horizontal or vertical assembly of the filtering elements, make the TRIPULS an ideal solution for many dust extraction problems, when the space available is restricted.

Cyclones use the effects of centrifugal force and gravity to separate particles in suspension in gas. The geometry of cyclones is a determining factor in obtaining high efficiency. Various physical properties such as: temperature, composition and viscosity of the gas, shape, granulometry, relative density of the particles, concentration of dust need to be taken into account when defining their efficiency.
To deal with special problems, we offer special constructions: apparatus for high pressure or high negative pressure, with protection against abrasion, with heating of the body

The centrifugal immersion pumps of building group 4 are used for wet-pit operation in containers, pits and tanks. Centrifugal immersion pumps for dry-well installation, i.e. to be installed and operated outside the container, are also available.
All components of pumps in plastic design that are in contact with the fluid are made of PP or PVDF. The pump shaft consists of a motor shaft made of stainless steel and a shaft-protecting tube of either PP or PVDF. Built-in elastomers are made of FPM (or also EPDM without surcharge). Centrifugal immersion pumps are equipped with overhang shafts so that there is no need to provide for shaft bearings in components that are in contact with the fluid. Thus, the pumps are safe to run dry and do not require regular service and maintenance.
There is no need of a mechanical sealing of the shaft. Only a so-called gas seal is installed beneath the motor to prevent aggressive vapours from penetrating the motor chamber. But this seal is never in contact with the fluid delivered.
