The SKV-900AT-HC-V1-CE is a dust compact and powerful dust collector with a suction capacity of 15 m3/min. Its prefilter of 20 liters allows an efficient management of dust and voluminous particulates important emissions. A shaking lever ensures a filter longer lifetime.
A special filter replacement avoids any particulates leak in the air. Filtration rate reaches 99,97 % for particulates ≥ 0,3 µ thanks to a HEPA final filter.
A control panel favors a more precise use of the machine through a speed regulator with 7 levels, light indicators for filter saturation, risk of overheating and anomalies. Likewise, a synchronization plug eases connection to other applications for a remote control.

The AAF ArrestAll self-contained dust collector is a shaker-type fabric collector that removes over 99% of general industrial dusts by weight. DM Series – Shaker Bag Dust and Dust/Fume/Smoke Systems
AER Borne Environmental Systems DM Series modular dust Collection systems are designed to provide efficient, cost effective control of dust, fume, smoke and gas/vapor contaminants generated from a variety of manufacturing and process applications. Standard units are designed for floor or machine mounting with other options available (consult factory). Optional hopper kits are available for additional dust storage capacity with standard 5 or 55 gallon drums. Units are also available in portable models and in a small downdraft table option. A full line of accessories and options are available to simplify unit installation.
As with our other collection systems, the DM Series modular design provides the ultimate in unit filtration flexibility or adaptability enabling them to handle a variety of airborne contaminants. Modular design allows for simple integration of additional filter modules allowing the collectors filter stages to be easily customized to meet the exact filtration requirements of the application. Should contaminants change due to process changes, filter modules can be easily added and/or existing ones altered to adapt to the changing conditions.

Shaker Collectors
If your application permits intermittent operation, consider a Sly Shaker collector, which is simple to operate and maintain. Filtering velocities are low, which provides uniform dust distribution and long bag life. Accumulated dust is intermittently shaken off filters while air flow is temporarily interrupted. Capacities to 4000 CFM.
The Pactecon Model S is an economical baghouse design engineered specifically for dust collection applications where it is practical to shutdown the process periodically for filter cleaning. A shaker device effectively breaks the dust cake and cleans the bags. Dust collection filters are shipped with a hand operated shaking device or optional motorized shaker. Solid state timers for control of the shake cycle are available as options. Using either method, it is recommended that the entire filter bank be shaken for 1 or 2 minutes at 4 to 8 hour intervals.

Vent and Collect Dust in Any Contained Vessel
The Modu-Kleen bin vent/dust collector is designed to vent bins, storage silos, mixers, blenders, pneumatic conveying systems of any type, or any other device or process that must contain or control dust particles. It can meet the most stringent air pollution codes. The Modu-Kleen is controlled by solid state electronics, and is self-cleaning for minimum maintenance.
Built as an integral part of the bag cage, the cone jet diffuser directs a shock wave of air down the entire length of the bag during the cleaning cycle. This shock wave improves the Modu-Kleen's efficiency when compared to other venturi type dust collectors that direct the shock wave over only a portion of the bag. The filter bags are cleaned one row at a time, so the Modu-Kleen Series 250 can operate continuously. There is no need to shut down for cleaning.

The INHECO Measurement Plate (IMP) is a compact and precise measurement tool in SBS format for verifying the temperature and / or shaking performance of INHECO's heating, cooling, incubation and shaking devices used in Lab Automation applications.
The cordless design allows a flexible use of the IMP, even measurements in closed systems, e.g. incubators are possible. The IMP can be handled by all common gripper systems which gives the opportunity to automate the whole verification / validation process.
Data Storage
The measurement data are stored on an internal EEPROM and can be transferred via USB or built-in IrDA interface to an external PC for evaluation and analysis. To enlarge the data storage capability, the IMP can be equipped with an additional μSD memory card. The measurement profile can be easily pre-adjusted for each run, by connecting the IMP via interface to the INHECO IMP software. Parameters like "measurement duration", "scan interval forsensors", etc.can be set and adjusted individually.

Small shaker hearth furnaces type Vi are mainly used for hardening parts that, because of their small size, would cause handling problems on a mesh belt or when production volume is too small to justify the use of a mesh belt furnace.
This type of furnace is ideally suited for watch parts, fine mechanical parts, sewing and knitting needles and similar.
Typical heat treatment applications, at temperature up to 950 °C include:
- Hardening or case hardening, with oil or polymer quench.
- Austempering and Martempering with hot oil or salt bath quench.
