ITW Vortec’s Round Transvectors use a small amount of filtered compressed air to deliver a large airflow for a wide range of conveying, ventilation, drying and cooling applications. The high-flow, bladeless blowers don’t require machine guards and are especially useful for removing plastic scrap and metal chips, ventilating fumes or smoke, and conveying small parts, pellets, powders and dust. As a vacuum or blowoff device, these air amplifiers are more compact and less expensive than variable-speed blowers and fans, provide instant on/off performance, and operate at low noise levels to meet OSHA requirements. Round Transvectors are easily mounted and, with no moving parts to wear out or break, are virtually maintenance-free. Used in ducted and unducted applications, Round Transvectors are available in several sizes, in both aluminum and stainless steel, and can deliver flow rates from 32 to 2300 SCFM.

Meech Air Technology High Thrust Jets are designed to provide a high power blast of air whilst reducing compressor demand and lowering noise levels. The High Thrust Jets use a very small amount of compressed air to generate a high power blow off force. This is achieved by forcing compressed air through an adjustable internal circular slot. The high velocity air from the slot generates an area of low pressure at the rear of the jet that entrains ambient air at a ratio of 4:1. This maximises the high power blow off.
Meech Air Technology Energy Saving Air Amplifiers provide large airflows whilst only consuming a minimal volume of compressed air. A tiny amount of compressed air is released through an adjustable circular slot inside the Air Amplifier creating a 'tube' of air. The 'tube' of air then travels towards the front creating areas of low pressure behind and in front that entrains ambient air at a ratio of 12, 20 and 25:1 depending on the size of air amplifier. Meech Air Amplifiers are available in three sizes in Stainless Steel or Aluminium to suit a wide range of applications.

Streamtek's Adjustable Air Amplifiers are a simple, low cost way to move, smoke, fumes, air, and light materials. Using a small amount of compressed air as their power source, our Adjustable Air Amplifiers pull in large volumes of air from the surrounding environment to produce high velocity, high volume outlet flows. Quiet, efficient Air Amplifiers will create output flow sup to 30 times their consumption rate.
ADVANTAGES OF AIR AMPLIFIERS
- Easy to mount and maintain.
- Instant ON/OFF with no moving parts, no electricity or explosion hazard.
- Adjustable output without tools or shims
- Quiet Operation
- Compressed air operated

Air Amplifiers utilize the coanda effect, a basic principle of fluidics,
to create air motion in their surroundings. Using a small amount of compressed air as their power source, Air Amplifiers pull in large volumes of surrounding air to produce high volume, high velocity outlet flows. Quiet, efficient Air Amplifiers will create output flows up to 25 times their consumption rate.

Energy Saving Safety Blowguns from Meech combine an ergonomic lightweight gun handle with the Meech Air Saver Nozzle. The innovative nozzle design forces compressed air through an adjustable circular slot and then directs it at high velocity over the outside of the nozzle cone. The design amplifies the output airflow by entraining the ambient air at a 25:1 ratio. Meech blowguns typically save up to 70% of compressed air usage compared to conventional types of blowgun whilst dramatically reducing noise levels.

Safety Air Nozzles use the coanda effect to amplify compressed airflow 25 times or more. The compressed air is ejected through a thin slot 360 degrees around the outer ring. The slotted end allows the high volume, high velocity blast of air to exhaust safely from the Air Nozzle.
