HD diode lasers are designed for use in rough industrial environment.
They generate lines that are clearly visible even in daylight. A rugged stainless steel housing protects laser diode, electronic circuitry and precision optics.
The laser diode is galvanically seperated from the power supply, which makes the laser extremely resistant to voltage peaks or current variations. The wide range input capacity enables the HD lasers to be used with all typical low voltage power nets.
The optics may be focused without tools. Spot size or line width can be adjusted. The line position doesn't change during focusing.
* focusable
* line, spot, crosshair lasers
* small, robust stainless steel housing
* IP 67, waterproof
* 1 - 30 mW

They are ideal for the most demanding industrial and medical applications where space is at a premium, such as handheld instrumentation, targeting, alignment and machine vision.
These laser diode modules generate either a 70 degree full angle cross or a 58 degree or 88 degree full angle line, all factory focused at 1000mm. The focus can be set to other distances on request. The lens system produces an efficiently uniform intensity laser line.
At a visible wavelength of either 650nm or 635nm, these compact laser diode modules offer output powers of 0.9mW or 4mW with power stability of less than 5 per cent. Operating voltage is from 3V to 6V DC at an operating current of 30mA typ, (0.9mW) or 40mA typ, (4mW). Operating temperature range is -10 degrees Centigrade to +40 degrees Centigrade.
The laser modules consist of a brass housing, a laser diode, drive circuit and beam-shaping optics. Electrical connections are made via external flying leads. All modules have static, surge and reverse polarity circuit protection.

Universal application spectrum
With AQUILA laser beam sources you can apply labeling to nearly all materials, or design the surface, without making contact. Applications can range from product marketing to pure decoration.
A family of practically oriented devices
We produce AQUILA laser beam sources for various degrees of beam power. This minimizes your investment costs, since you only need to install a laser with suffi cient power for your process. In addition, the AQUILA interfaces correspond to those of our other laser families. A flexible and time-saving integration of the best laser source for the respective application is therefore guaranteed.
Short work cycles
The unusually high average power of our laser beam sources enables you to achieve a very high process speed. Production costs are thus minimized. The process speed is dependent on the material and on the type of processing.
