Fast, Easy, Precise
The Fixturlaser Dirigo features a unique laser line instead of the traditional laser dot. This makes setup and alignment much easier, as the line is wide and is easily projected to the laser detector.
The Fixturlaser Dirigo also features graduated labels on the laser heads that work with the laser lines, to help the operator %u201Dvisualize%u201D the misalignment condition. This visual cue reinforces the digital values that are displayed on the unit, and makes evaluation and correction of misalignment an easier process. This is very useful when performing rough alignment. The alignment data is continuously updated. All movements of the motor are simultaneously displayed on the screen. The measurement results are displayed with a resolution of 0,01 mm. As you shim or move the machine, the values will be updated to let you know exactly where you are at each step of the way. This means no more guessing about the shim amount, or how much to move a machine. With the Fixturlaser Dirigo laser alignment system there is no interpreting of the values as with dial indicators. The position sensitive detectors precisely measure the misalignment. The large LCD display clearly presents the position of the machinery being aligned. |

The Fixturlaser Shaft 300 is an advanced alignment system providing functions for measuring and aligning machines, and for flatness measuring of machine bases. The Fixturlaser Shaft 300 is an easy-to-use tool for the entire shaft alignment process, including pre-alignment functions, as well as memory and data transfer of results for full traceability.

Easy-Laser® shaft alignment systems has all the programs and functions you could want for the alignment of rotating machines. The EasyTurn™ program allows alignment with as little as 40° rotation of the shafts. Functions for compensation of thermal growth, alignment tolerance check and reference foot locking. The MicroProf® Twist was especially designed for the
metrological measurement of cylindrical parts such as
axes, cam lobes, cylinder sleeves, bearing sleeves
(inside and outside), valve tappets, crankshafts, piston
rods and other similar samples. Measurement is auto-
matically performed using the combination of a high precision rotary axis and an additional linear axis.
The sensor is introduced to the part along the cylindrical
axis and then rotated for measurement. Since this measuring
system is capable of automated measurements, it can be easily

This new series of lighter, more compact gear reducers surpass traditional solutions for planetary and bevel helical gear reducers and also ensure shorter production times and lower production costs.
The design of these ultra-compact gear units is based upon precise analyses using FEM (Finite Elements Method) techniques applied to 3D models, which means that performance, in terms of duration and silence, was optimized already in the virtual prototype phase.

The new and innovative range of helical and bevel-helical units combines the most advanced design concepts and performances in full compliance with international standards (ISO, DIN, AGMA, etc.) for calculating gear geometry. The FHA-C series digital AC hollow-shaft servo actuator, combining precision Harmonic Drive gearing with highly dynamic AC servo motors, offer unique features unsurpassed by conventionally geared drives. Used in highly demanding industrial servo systems they provide precision motion control and high torque capacity in a very compact package. A HIPERFACE® or Siemens compatible encoder with sinusoidal output signals provides feedback information for the FHA Series Actuator with Sine/Cosine Encoder. Rotary Systems designs and manufactures a line of standard and custom over-the-shaft rotary unions.
The rotary union shown is constructed from carbon steel and utilizes a precision ground shaft, radial ball bearings and Teflon seals. This is a two passage rotary union with .25" NPT passages with a four inch bore through the shaft. This union was designed specifically for a high pressure hydraulic indexing application.
Our standard over-the-shaft line of rotary unions can be viewed on our website by clicking on the 011 series. Our standard unions are offered in two and four passages with a .5", 1.5” or 2.0” bore through the shaft. The bore through the shaft is independent from the union. Some customers will pass a shaft or electrical wires through this bore.
