Provides brick wall type minimalisation of
spurious low frequency phenomena that may
otherwise invalidate data from piezo-electric
sources. Supposed vibration acceleration signals
may contain thermal and strain induced noise
elements, both constrained to the low frequency
end of the spectrum by reason of thermal mass
and the 1/fo
2 relationship between acceleration vs.
displacement respectively.
The filter of course acts as the boundary fo,
between valid data (>fo) and this type of noise.

This FM rejector filter is used to filter out unwanted excessive FM frequencies in your OATS, or other EMC testing facilities.
These frequencies can interfere with your test set-up, spectrum analyzer bandwidth etc.
Caution should be used if your products emissions are in this filter's frequency range as it will reject them as well.
|
|
This 30MHz filter is recommended for any radiated emissions testing.
The High Pass filter will filter out all frequencies below 30MHz which are in the ambient noise during the pre-compliance or compliance testing.
Radiated signals below 30MHz can be high in magnitude, and can interfere with your testing or spectrum analyzer.
By putting an RF700 in front of your spectrum analyzer's RF input, you will be assured cleaner test results.

General Description
The FMS6146 Low-Cost Video Filter (LCVF) is intended to replace passive LC filters and drivers with a low-cost integrated device. Six 4th-order filters provide improved image quality compared to typical 2nd or 3rd-order passive solutions.
The FMS6146 may be directly driven by a DC-coupled DAC output or an AC-coupled signal. Internal diode clamps and bias circuitry may be used if AC-coupled inputs are required (see Applications section for details).
The outputs can drive AC- or DC-coupled single (150W) or dual (75W) loads. DC coupling the outputs removes the need for output coupling capacitors. The input DC levels are offset approximately +280mV at the output (see Applications section for details).
Features:
- Six 4th-order 8MHz(SD) filters
- Drives single AC- or DC-coupled, video loads
- Drives dual, AC- or DC-coupled, video loads
- Transparent input clamping
- AC- or DC-coupled inputs
- AC -or DC- coupled outputs
- DC- coupled outputs eliminate AC-coupling capacitors
- 5V only
- Robust 8kV ESD protection
- Lead free TSSOP - 14 package

Output components for motor protection and the improvement of system reliability, availability and functionality. Deployed at the output side of frequency inverters, these filters ensure reliable operation by avoiding expensive downtimes of installations, manufacturing plants, machinery and
a vast array of other industrial and domestic motor drive applications due to premature motor damage. An appropriate output solution will even allow the deployment of unshielded motor cables, the use of multiple motors in parallel on the same drive or the retrofit of modern drives in existing installations with old motors and unshielded cabling.

FOVT dV/dt Output Filters
Features:
dV/dt Output filter
* Three phase output filter for converters.
* Minimizes frequency converter dV/dt values.
* For long motor cables.
* Reduces motor heating.
* Increases motor life.
General specifications
* Maximum operating voltage: 550Vac ± 15.
* Operating frequency: DC - 60Hz.
* Hipot test voltage:
- L/N-›PE: 3000Vac 2s.
- L-›N: 2250Vdc 2s.
* Application class: HPF Acc. TO DIN 40040
* (-25ºC/+85ºC/95% RH, 30d).
* Flammability class: UL 94 V2.
* Inverter switching frequency: 4-16kHz.
* Max. motor cable length: 50m.
Fast switching between inverter IGBTs causes high voltage ramps (> 4.000V/µs) whcih may be even higher in the motor windings. Fast switching also tends to shorten motor life and limits maximum cable lengths.
Using a PREMO dV/dt EMC filter we guarantee the maximum peak voltage will stay under 1.000V/µs, with a dV/dt value < 500V/µs.
Suppressing voltage peaks like this will also reduce EMI interference from the converter, will increase its life and improve its performance.

EMC Technique
EMC is an important factor for the operational reliability in machinery and plants and ensured the compliance with valid norms and standards.
European norms and standards require manufacturers and users to comply with a set of EMC limitations.
KEB designs, manufactures and supplies a comprehensive range of input/output filters and chokes to comply with all international standards as well as to improve operating conditions.
KEB experts in the field of EMC offer advice and support during the selection process of suitable products. For on-site testing a mobile EMC service is available.
Competent consultation and mobile EMC-measuring means provide the options and optimisation on location - in short - they save in different uses the dependable compliance of the monetary requirements.

Respiratory protection with filters is dependent on the ambient air. In order to use filtering respirators, the type, properties and composition of the hazardous agent in the ambient air must be known. The oxygen content in the inhalation air must be at least 17 vol.%. When using particle filters, no hazardous gases must be present; when using gas filters, no hazardous particles. In case of doubt combined filter must be used. See also our Filter Selection Guide.

Three dual-channel instruments. Each instrument channel has a low-noise preamplifier, a precision high pass or low pass filter section, and an output amplifier. The filters are 8-pole, 6-zero elliptic-type with 115 dB per octave rolloff, 0.1 dB of passband ripple, and 80 dB of stopband attenuation. Cutoff frequencies can be set between 1 Hz and 100 kHz making the SR600 Series ideal for applications including anti-aliasing, audio analysis, and frequency-domain signal conditioning.

Always a clean solution
Air Management Systems - competence for the entire air section
Even during the early years of the company, MAHLE recognized that effective cleaning of combustion air and lubricant is an indispensable element in improving the service life of engines and engine components. In line with this understanding, work began in 1926 on the development and production of air and oil filters. Only then was it possible to commence the reduced-wear use in series production of lightweight pistons developed by MAHLE. After having to concentrate on the core business with pistons during the war, re-entry was achieved by a participation in Knecht Filterwerke GmbH. Strong organic growth was accelerated by the acquisition of the Japanese Tennex Corporation, an important component of further expansion. This opened up markets outside Europe, with the result that today MAHLE is the number one worldwide supplier of filter products to the automobile industry.
