Gasmet™ DX4000 is a portable FTIR gas analyzer which is typically used in stack emissions monitoring, comparison measurements, catalytic process control and other applications where multiple gas compounds need to be accurately monitored in hot & humid sample gas. The corrosion resistant sample cell is heated to 180 C, which ensures that the sample stays in gaseous phase even with high concentrations of H2O or corrosive gases.
Gasmet™ DX4000 comes equipped with easy-to-use Calcmet™ software, which can display the concentration results in ppm, mg/Nm3 or Vol-%. All measurement data can be stored for further analysis.
Gasmet™ DX4000 is typically set-up to measure H2O, CO2, CO, NO, NO2, N2O, SO2, NH3, CH4 and different VOC´s. Additional gases can be added without any hardware changes. Measurement ranges can be selected from sub-ppm until vol-% level.
Gasmet™ DX4000 can be supplied with the Gasmet™ portable sampling system. This system utilizes hot-and-wet measurement principle (no drying or dilution), which ensures that the analysis is done with a representative sample. The portable sampling unit can be optionally equipped with a ZrO2 sensor for accurate oxygen measurement.

Gasmet™ DX4030 is a lightweight FTIR gas analyzer for ambient air analysis. It’s designed for applications where a number of compounds need to be accurate monitored in ambient air. Examples include leakage detection and various industrial hygiene applications (monitoring of VOC’s, TIC’s, anesthetic gases etc.). It’s also well suited for first response / HAZMAT type applications, thanks to its lightweight construction and fast response time.
Gasmet DX4030 can be used in table-top configuration or fitted inside a back-pack. With Gasmet DX4030 no sample preparation is needed; the sample gas is drawn into the analyzer with a built-in pump through a particle filter.
Span calibrations are not required, thanks to inherent calibration stability of the FTIR analyzer. The user is only required to perform a zero calibration with nitrogen or ambient air every 24 hours.
The DX4030 features a unique PDA (Portable Digital Assistant) user interface with Calcmet™ Lite software. Analysis results of up to 25 compounds are displayed on the screen of a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) with Calcmet™ Lite software. Optionally, the measured spectra can be transferred to Calcmet™ DX4030 Pro - software for further analysis with a 250 gas reference library.
The user does not require any previous experience with analytical instruments in order to operate the DX4030.

The X-Wand® is a new screening technology to measure halogenated volatile organic compounds (HVOC%u2019s) in the field. The X-Wand® is used following ASTM D7203-06: Standard Test Method for Screening TCE - Contaminated Media Using a Heated Diode Sensor.
In addition to the demonstrated utility for field screening soil and water, the X-Wand® can be used in the laboratory to determine which of two very different GC/MS analysis methods should be used to determine HVOC%u2019s in soil samples. This is an important time and cost saving issue for analytical laboratories.

VA-3000/VS-3000 Multi-component Analyzer
Product Overview
From environmental monitoring to developing new energy sources and chemicals for the new era, gas analysis systems are faced with needs and challenges that have changed dramatically over time. Responding to these new needs, HORIBA has developed the VA-3000, the versatile gas analyzer that's ready for the future. A single analyzer is now capable of measuring a wider selection of gas components utilizing many different types of sensor technology. Non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) modules are available to measure gases such as CO, CO2, NO, N2O, CH4, SO2 and others. A chemiluminescent sensor module may be included to measure NO or NOx with a standard converter. And four different types of sensor modules are available to measure O2 - galvanic, paramagnetic, zirconium oxide or magnetopneumatic. Designed to be compact and lightweight, the VA-3000 may have up to three sensor modules installed in a single analyzer case. This unique feature means the VA-3000 can be used today for a broad range of applications including research and development or environmental pollution monitoring, where efficiency and space-saving are crucial.
