The GOW-MAC Series 23-550 FID Hydrocarbon Analyzer uses a flame ionization detector (FID) to establish the total hydrocarbon content of grades 5 and 6 high purity gases, specialty gases, electronic gases and ambient air. The detection of trace levels of hydrocarbons in pure gases used in the semiconductor industry, air separation plants and packaged by the bottled spec gas producers are determined from the sub-ppm level to higher levels with excellent linearity. Standard and corrosive resistant analyzers are available.
The Series 23-750 FID Hydrocarbon Analyzer allows for the analysis of total hydrocarbons, carbon dioxide, and carbon monoxide by a built-in methanizer. The methanizer is user selectable for quantitating methane alone or methane plus carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide.
GOW-MAC’s Total Hydrocarbon Analyzers offer unique features, including: triple ranges from 0.03 ppm to 19,999 ppm methane in nitrogen using hydrogen as fuel; units meet EPA certification for linearity; an electronic flame-out circuit to continuously monitor the flame (eliminating flame out sensor burnout); digital readout; and terminals for permanent recording of data. Both analyzers are offered with an optional sample stream, calibration, and zero selection system.

Series 1200 Analyzer for Trace N2 in Argon
Series 1300 Analyzer for Trace N2 in Helium
Series 1400 Analyzer for Trace H2O in Argon
Each series has variations to choose from covering different ppm ranges.
Detection is based on spectral emission of argon (helium in the Series 1300) plasma. High signal gain and improved noise rejection, gives each series the guaranteed sensitivity of 10 ppb for the impurity.
Each analyzer is designed as a rugged, low cost, low maintenance, straightforward instrument to operate. There are no valves, carrier gas, or radioactive source. The analyzer is virtually maintenance-free. Features of the analyzers include on-line, continuous trending of impurity concentration with no need for sample injection or separation columns; Exposure to atmosphere or high impurity concentrations does not result in damage to the analytical cell; Recovers quickly from high impurity levels; Rapid recovery is enhanced by the unique detector design; Over-range protection eliminates possibility of false readings caused by high impurity plasma quenching; A non-depleting cell for extended operation provides long life and is maintenance-free; Patented electro-optical modulation eliminates unwanted noise and drift.

Developped by GAZ DE FRANCE, the COMBUMATIC is designed to monitor
the quality of Natural gas by determination of comburity or Wobbe index.
This parameter is very usefull when the change of natural gas composition
can upset the process.
The instrument is based on an air/gas blender, a catalytic combustion
chamber where is burnt the air/gas sample and a cell to measure the
oxygen remaining after combustion.
A programmable controller receives all measured values and safety status
and calculates the comburity and Wobbe index. This controller is also able
to initiate automatic calibration cycles with malfunction detection related to
the calibration.

or industrial service where changes in fuel gas or ambient air characteristics will upset the heating process, the mixture output from the combustion controller can be monitored and controlled. The Selas Qual-O-Rimeter Mixture Monitor detects any deviation in flame temperature and automatically adjusts the gas/air ratio to compensate. By connecting the Qual-O-Rimeter sample line immediately downstream of the combustion controller, continuous and accurate correction for gas and ambient air variations is assured before production is affected.
The Selas Qual-O-Rimeter Mixture Monitor is superior to oxygen analyzers for temperature-sensitive processes. Pushbutton control, digital display, and microprocessor circuitry assure easy operation and fast-acting response. Built-in alarms and an output for optional recorder are also included.

testo 330-1 LL flue gas analyzer with long-life gas sensors, rechargeable battery and calibration protocol included
In the testo 330-1 LL, the follow-on costs for the user are greatly reduced by the extended sensor life of up to 6 years for O2 and CO. At least one sensor replacement is avoided during the typical duration of use of the instrument. In addition to this, Testo gives a warranty of 4 years on the complete instrument (testo 330-1 LL incl. O2 and CO sensors as well as probe). The great adavantage of the flue gas analyzer is its capability for dialogue. At the press of a button, the instrument diagnosis provides information on qualitiative status, e.g. the filling level of the condensate trap, or of wearing parts such as the status of the gas sensors. Maintenance intervals are displayed. The modular probes, such as those for differential temperature and pressure as well as for flue gas, are automatically recognized by the measuring instrument. The measurement results thus immediately appear in the menu.

Extractive process gas analysis is characterized by the fact that a sample is extracted from the process line and conveyed to the analyzer. Typically, the sample is extracted by a probe, then transported through a sample line and conditioned before being processed to the analyzer.
Siemens has integrated numerous extractive analytical methods in the series 6 analyzers family with a modular and consistent housing and operating concept. Each of the analyzers is thereby a class of its own:
IR-active components: ULTRAMAT 6 and ULTRAMAT 23
IR-active components and Oxygen
Oxygen: OXYMAT 6 and OXYMAT 61 and OXYMAT 64
Hydrocarbons (total content measurement): FIDAMAT 6
Hydrogen and noble gases: CALOMAT 6 and CALOMAT 62
