The anchor range proposed by Emile MAURIN provide innovation, safety and reliability.
We provide a range of fasteners for industry and building trade.
The Emile MAURIN anchor studs set hight performances for the fixings in concrete. Our sutds in coated steel and stainless steel are used to fix life-line, consoles, machine tool, ...
We propose different embedding products adapted to the industry :
- Resin :
* The resin cartridge are used in the hollow or full material for :
- fixing of concrete irons, threaded rods, sockets
- hight resistance anchors for railway, subway applications, ...
* Chimical capsul and thread rods :
We propose 2 types of chimical products :
- a chimical bulb used with a threaded rod for full materials (stone, concrete)
- an extrusion system of chimical fixings quick and easy to be used. It is a cap gun + a pack + a mixer
* Nylon ankle :
We propose a wide range of nylon ankles, well adapted for all types of support materials, they can be used for numerous apllications (shelf, wardrobe, ceiling, electrical boxes, ...)
* Anchor bolts and expansion cartridge :
This anchor system used for heavy load can be dismantled and set a hight expansion capacity
* Striking ankle :
They are fixations with steel cartridge :
- with slot in front to allow the expansion
- the rear threading enables the mounting of a screw or a threaded rod

UNISORB® VECTOR® Bolts :
Made from high quality forged steel, VECTOR® Bolts have a series of angular facets which resolve vertical stress forces into a cone-shaped pressure pattern. An advantage of this unique design is the increased contact area between the bolt and the grout. The wedge shaped design on the bottom of the bolt transfers the tensile load of the stud into a lateral compressional load in the foundation, assuring maximum pull out strengths.
The increase in load transfer to the foundation results in a reduction of the embedment depth required to obtain full strength of the anchor. This reduction in required embedment depth lowers the installation cost by reducing the core drilling and grouting requirements.
VECTOR® Bolts are available in several metric diameters and lengths in a 90,000 psi minimum tensile strength material.
