The PAN3V is a small economic panel especially studied for the starting cupboards or the electric control panels.

The module VE0006 is a system for the evaluation of luminous objects in the visible area of the light. For this purpose, colour and luminosity are evaluated independently, according to user-specific instructions. Thus, the module is especially qualified for the function test or the qualitative selection of LEDs.

LED Profiler - Generates high dynamic range light intensity profiles of LEDs.
The LED Profiler uses goniometric methodology to measure true 3-dimensional profiles of optical components with up to 93 dB dynamic range. All measurements are taken with the packaged or bare chip LED inserted directly into the center of the instrument's radial measurement area. The goniometer makes a ±130 degree measurement around the source, with 0.05 degree resolution.
For the third measurement the mounting chuck is automatically rotated around the phi angle. This measurement can comprise from 10 to 200 cuts or 18 to 0.9 degrees per cut. The values reported are:

The DB5 intrinsically safe multitone sounder is ideally suited for use in areas of high ambient noise. Additionally, for extreme noise levels, they can be linked with the DA134 Xenon Beacons to combine audible and visual warnings. They are designed with a re-entrant configuration to combine compactness with maximum efficiency.
One of 26 tones can be selected using a 5-way DIL switch and by switching the incoming negative supply to a third terminal a second tone is sounded. The sounders have suitable low frequencies to conform to BS 5839: Part 1: 1988, making them ideal for fire alarm systems and other annunciator applications.
The IP65 enclosure enables the DB5 sounder to cope with the harsh environmental conditions found offshore as well as those of the onshore oil, gas and chemical industries. The tough construction enhances the reliability of the solid-state piezoelectric sounder. |

Our range of LED hardware components are designed to protect and support LED's and also aid in the transmission of light to front panel indicators. Our LED Spacers fit most standard LED's and can raise the LED to the desired position on the PCB, minimising shifting, uniformity and aiding ease of installation especially for surface mount applications.
Holding the LED at the desired angle position on the front panel is another application area that Richco has LED solutions for, which ensures that the LED is held securely in position.
Directing light from the PCB to the front panel from awkward PCB mounting positions can be solved with Richco's range of solid light pipes, which are ideal for use with surface mount LED's. |
