The co-axial coupling consists of three parts. The outer hub consists of a series of rare earth magnets that are ground, potted and attached to the inside diameter of a steel hub. The inner hub consists of a series of rare earth magnets that are ground, potted and attached to the outside diameter of a steel rotor. The inner hub is then completely sealed in stainless steel to protect the magnets and rotor from damage or corrosive substances. Typically there is a radial air gap of up to .275" (7mm) between the inner and outer hubs. Conventional bores and keyways are used to drive the inner and outer hubs.

Elabo is setting new standards on the electronics / electrical assembly market. With TaMas, Elabo has launched a workstation system that applies all the design benefits of InForm (optimum variability, functional intelligence and particular sturdiness) to assembly, combining these with ergonomic and commercial benefits.
But there is more to TaMas than just this: TaMas integrates the functional, safety and quality tests straight into manual and semi-manual assembly processes. Quality assurance thus takes place precisely where errors may crop up, or at least prior to the next step in the value-added process.
Elabo offers its customers highly qualified services at all stages in the installation of assembly workstations and assembly landscapes, ranging from workstation analysis and ergonomic design to the development of the room layout, the choice of test equipment and the engineering of process-integrated test systems, right through to project planning.

MCP offers the broadest ball joint product line in the industry. Designs include North American standards, British standards, and European DIN standards.
|
|
Ball joints serve as linking and guiding elements for movable parts and create corner joints. These parts from component suppliers can significantly simplify mechanical construction, be used to transfer power in offset axles, transmit movement and are indispensable in all mechanical operations such as cushioning, drawing, tilting, levering, etc.
mbo Osswald always keeps a large number of ball joints out of his product palette of more than 12,000 parts in stock. In addition to the DIN 71802 ball joints which consist of DIN 71805 housings and DIN 71803 ball studs, every possible variation is ready to be called up by the customer. There is also a choice of surface protection such as, for example, blank, galvanised zinc, steel or stainless-steel versions.
For problematic environmental conditions (dust, lubricants) there are special ball joints with sealing caps available. The programme is extended with axial joints.
|
|
Application: Quick Disconnect Ball Joints are used in applications where the housing needs to be easily disconnected from the ball stud. This is accomplished by pulling back the spring-loaded outer housing.
Plating: parts are plated zinc with a yellow dichromate finish.
Specials: Special sizes and configurations are available in volume.

GMT ball joints are structural elements whose inner ball is firmly connected to the outer metal by means of a vulcanized elastomer layer. Such joints are designed for multi-directional torsional loads and thus, ideal as vibration-technological components for joints and connecting rods. One advantage is the fact that all movements can be achieved without any lubricants. GMT ball joints can be made up of an inner pin/ through hole as well as of an outer socket sonsisting of one or several segments.

The most economical linkage option. Avoid the loose fit of pinned connections with a ball joint linkage. Offered in a wide range of styles from the basic staked to a hardened housing and snap ring assembly for increased wear and strength. Quick disconnect versions as well as plastic ball joints are also available. Steel version are available with rubber dirt shields to offer added protection against the environment.

Housings, ball studs and Co. are as various in their geometry, appearance and construction as the ideas of the designers.
There are standard parts in every possible size, construction and material composition available for most applications. Mating pieces for clevises can be used as standard linking on the connecting rods of pneumatic cylinders or gas springs. In particular, the size of these items is so chosen, that a clevis in line with DIN 71752 is exactly right for use as a mating piece. In this way, a universally usable joint with terminating internal or external screw threads can be simply produced.
At the moment screw threads in the sizes of M 4 to M 20 with left or right hand fine or coarse threads can be supplied.
Considerable savings can be achieved with mating pieces. They can be e.g. easily combined with a clevis instead of a rod end if connections are required that compensate direction offsets in one direction. There are only few limitations compared to the rod end which is significantly more expensive.
