We are manufacturing different types of gantry type robot palletisers for industrial bags and boxes, capacity from 100 - 400 units per hour. Our low level gantry robotic type palletizers are basically designed to handle all types and sizes of bags and boxes, and change from one product to another is without any mechanical adjustment. Our palletizers is further very compact, have memory for 20 product programmes and has positioning and top pressing facilities, which results in straightsided, stable and stackable pallets regardsless how difficult the product is. Based on 15 years experience our palletizers are of the highest quality and therefore troublefree and with the lowest possible maintenance and spare part costs. We offers standard solutions, but also designs, builds and installs systems customzed in detail to the specific project requirement, also as turnkey supply including bagging lines, stretch wrapping or hood stretching machines.
Our product range is proven in a large number of applications worldwide. We offer the user the guarantee for a high degree of availability and an economical operation.
Our slogan is "If it is possible to make our palletizers better, then we do it ourselves".
We also supply palletizing and de-palletizing solutions based on standard professional robots. |

Together with integration partners, FANUC Robotics offers a range of advanced solutions to speed up end of line operations.
With a payload range from 2 to 700kg, you are sure to find the robot model that best suits your needs:
very high speed M-430iA/2F dedicated to food industry (food grease, up to 120 picks per minute, washable)
High speed M-6iB series (2-10kg payload) for very fast pick&place applications. Higher payloads are managed at high speed with M-420iA-M-421iA industrial robots (40-50kg)
M-410iB series (160-450kg): the most successful palletizing robots in Europe!
M-900iA series (260-700kg) for very heavy payload with highest wrist inertia. Smaller payload can be handled with the top selling M-710iC (20-70kg) or R-2000iB series (100-210kg)
Our intelligent professional software and systems ensure reliable and safe handling operations:
Integrated vision: our latest R-30iA controller comes as standard with all the necessary hardware for 2D vision: just plug a industrial camera and a cable! This is most cost-effective solution on the market!
Line tracking software
Collision Guard to protect robot, tooling and products
Advanced vision for 2D visual line tracking or 3D bin picking
Multi robot control for increased cycle time |

This area is all about packing a variety of items into boxes.
It includes robot-based case packing - smaller boxes packed into larger ones, and racetrack packing - many items picked simultaneously with the aid of grippers.
In this respect ABB's new 4-axis IRB 260 is ideal for most applications not demanding full 6-axis versitality. It also features an impressive 30 kg payload capacity.
You have a choice of standard 6-axis industrial robots depending on the conditions of each application. Furthermore, ABB's unique vision-aided manufacturer of conveyor tracking facilitates continuous production flows and packing on the fly. |

A 4-axis, multi-articulated robotic palletizer requiring minimal space to completely automate product loading and unloading. With a 310 lb. (140 kg) lifting capacity, its an ideal tool to relieve the burden from your employees, eliminating repetitive motion and back injuries associated with manual palletizing.
Columbia/Okura professional robots are easy to operate and backed by 24 hour, U.S.-based parts and service support. |
|
| A 4-axis, multi-articulated robotic palletisation capable of handling 25 cycles/min.for bags (24 bpm) and 20 cycles/min. for cases (up to 120 cpm). They're easy to operate and designed to fit into tight spaces while maximizing the working envelope. With 150+ U.S. installations, and 24 hour U.S. based parts and service support, Columbia/Okura professional robots provide the best robotic palletizing solution available. |

Ehcolo supplies robotic systems, based on MOTOMAN professional robots. And based on our yearlong experience with our own manufactured gantry robots, we manufacure and supply pick-up units and the pheriferical equipment like conveyors supplier etc.
Our goal at start of using robots in palletising was, that we should reach a performance quality as close as possible to our own palletisers, a level of quality, we have not been able to see elsewhere. So we designed and manufacured a pick-up unit, which compensated for the shortages, which the robot by nature has, e.g. automatic layer height measuring and top-pressing. So it is not posible to palletise any better with robot, than we do now, regardless if it is overlapping or side-by-side palletising.

We have the solutions others are still thinking about
Everybody talks about automation, but it's much more than just a trendy word. We ourselves have developed from a machine manufacturer to a process provider because we believe that the decisive criterion for automated efficiency is the integration of the entire environment and periphery. Thus, what began with economical pallet changing and intelligent handling lines now culminates in highly advanced industrial robot solutions. We have long been able to convert a machine into a flexible manufacturing cell.
Based on our products, we offer automation solutions, handling systems, pallet changers, turnkey solutions, individual option packets and innovative control units. |

In order to be able to offer constantly advanced technical solutions, Clevertech has developed handling and palletising systems using professional robots.
Depending on the type of product and operation necessary, Robots with three Cartesian axes or Anthropomorphic with 4 or more axes can be used.
Below is a list of some of the main features and possible scope of supply of such robots. |
|
| This the palletiser with the highest level of variability since it includes productions from 1,800 bags/hour to 3,000 bags/hour. The multiple applications which are available can be adapted to any individual need providing good load establishment and highly satisfied customers. The professional software supplied with the machines provides for the generation of production data and automatic format changes. |

Bagging machines of the Form Fill and Industrial seal type manufacture the bag either from a plastic tubular film with a gusset (FFS) or from a flat film (VFFS).
A range of metering-weighing devices installed upstream prepares the doses before filling (net weight). |
|
This range of bagging equipment make it possible to bag granulated or powdered products in the ready-made open-mouth bags.
A range of metering-weighing devices installed upstream prepares the doses before filling (net weight).
Bags of between 5 and 50 kg can be processed with or without gussets.
Upstream, different bag closing systems are available: stitching, folding stitching, removal of crepe tab, folding and gluing, splicer. |
|
The pallet stretch hooding machine enables the protection and stabilisation of palletized loads by the application of an elastic hood on 5 sides.
The hood is manufactured from a polyethylene tubular film with a gusset. It is cut to the length corresponding to the measured height of the pallet.
The hood is mechanically stretched to then be released over the load.
This method of hood application is particularly important because it does not use any heat source (the hood is not shrunk) and at a clearly lower operating cost than that of shrink wrapping. |
